ÀÍÎÒÀÖ²ß:
Ìåòà äîñë³äæåííÿ: îçíàéîìëåííÿ ç äîñâ³äîì çàñòîñóâàííÿ êîìïëåêñíèõ ìåòîä³â âèâ÷åííÿ õàð÷óâàííÿ ñòóäåíò³â ó ïðîâ³äíèõ ºâðîïåéñüêèõ óí³âåðñèòåòàõ.
Îá’ºêò ³ ìåòîäè äîñë³äæåííÿ: îãëÿä ë³òåðàòóðíèõ äæåðåë ç ìåòîäîëîã³÷íèõ çàñàä âèâ÷åííÿ õàð÷óâàííÿ ñòóäåíò³â.
Ðåçóëüòàòè äîñë³äæåííÿ òà ¿õ îáãîâîðåííÿ. Çà ðåçóëüòàòàìè âèâ÷åííÿ õàð÷îâèõ çâè÷îê ñòóäåíò³â ôàêóëüòåòó íàóê ïðî çäîðîâ’ÿ ìåäè÷íîãî óí³âåðñèòåòó â ì. Á³ëîñòîê ó Ðåñïóáë³ö³ Ïîëüù³ óñòàíîâëåíî, ùî ïîíàä 40% îñ³á õàð÷óºòüñÿ íåðåãóëÿðíî. Ñåðåäí³é â³äñîòîê á³ëêà â åíåðãåòè÷í³é ö³ííîñò³ ðàö³îí³â ñòóäåíò³â ñòàíîâèâ 19%, ÿê ñåðåä æ³íîê òàê ÷îëîâ³ê³â. ×àñòêà æèð³â òà âóãëåâîä³â â³äïîâ³äຠðåêîìåíäîâàíèì çíà÷åííÿì. Ïîðÿä ç òèì, àâòîðè ñòâåðäæóþòü, ùî çàãàëîì îáñòåæåíà ãðóïè äåìîíñòðóº äîñòàòíüî âèñîêèé ð³âåíü ïî³íôîðìîâàí³ñòü ïðî çàñàäè ðàö³îíàëüíîãî õàð÷óâàííÿ.
Ìîäåëü õàð÷óâàííÿ ñòóäåíò³â àêàäå쳿 ô³çè÷íîãî âèõîâàííÿ òà ñïîðòó â Ãäàíñüêó ÷àñòî â³äõèëÿºòüñÿ â³ä ã³ã³ºí³÷íèõ âèìîã. Ó æ³íîê âèÿâëåíî âèùèé â³äñîòîê (69%) â³äïîâ³äíîñò³ ðàö³îí³â äî õàð÷îâèõ ðåêîìåíäàö³é, í³æ ó ÷îëîâ³ê³â (23%). Ó ìåäè÷íîìó óí³âåðñèòåò³ ³ìåí³ Êàðîëÿ Ìàðöèíêîâñüêîãî â ì. Ïîçíàí³ ñòóäåíòàì – ôàêóëüòåòó 䳺òîëî㳿 áóëà çàïðîïîíîâàíà àíêåòà, ÿêà âêëþ÷àëà ïèòàííÿ ïðî êóð³ííÿ, âæèâàííÿ àëêîãîëþ, à òàêîæ íàäàëà ìîæëèâ³ñòü ïåðåâ³ðèòè çíàííÿ ³ âèêîðèñòàííÿ â ïîâñÿêäåííîìó æèòò³ çàñàä ïðàâèëüíîãî õàð÷óâàííÿ. Óñòàíîâëåíî, ùî ïîì³æ ñòóäåíò³â – 䳺òîëîã³â 87% îñ³á çàäîâ³ëüíî îö³íþº ñâîº ñàìîïî÷óòòÿ, ó 76% ðåñïîíäåíò³â ä³àãíîñòîâàíî àäåêâàòíå õàð÷óâàííÿ çà çíà÷åííÿì ²ÌÒ, ÷èñëåííà ãðóïà ïðàêòèêóº ðåãóëÿðí³ çàíÿòòÿ ñïîðòîì òà êîíòðîëþº ÿê³ñí³ òà ê³ëüê³ñí³ õàðàêòåðèñòèêè äîáîâîãî ðàö³îíó.
Ó Ëüâ³âñüêîìó íàö³îíàëüíîìó ìåäè÷íîìó óí³âåðñèòåò³ ³ìåí³ Äàíèëà Ãàëèöüêîãî 9% óñ³õ îáñòåæåíèõ îñ³á âçàãàë³ íå ñí³äàþòü ïåðåä çàíÿòòÿìè, ñí³äàíîê óñ³õ ³íøèõ ðåñïîíäåíò³â ñòàíîâèòü áëèçüêî 24,8% êàëîð³éíîñò³ äîáîâîãî ðàö³îíó, îá³ä – 36,9%, à âå÷åðÿ – 38,3%. Ðàö³îíè çíà÷íî¿ ÷àñòèíè ñòóäåíò³â º ïîë³äåô³öèòíèìè òà ðîçáàëàíñîâàíèì çà áàãàòüìà íóòð³ºíòàìè.
Âèñíîâêè. Çà ðåçóëüòàòàìè äîñë³äæåííÿ ìîæíà ñòâåðäæóâàòè, ùî ³ñíóþòü ð³çíîìàí³òí³ ìåòîäîëîã³÷í³ çàñàäè âèâ÷åííÿ íóòðèòèâíîãî ñòàòóñó ñòóäåíò³â, ùî ñâîºþ ÷åðãîþ äຠìîæëèâ³ñòü çä³éñíþâàòè ìîí³òîðèíã ôàêòè÷íîãî õàð÷óâàííÿ ìîëîä³, ÿê íàäçâè÷àéíî âàæëèâî¿ ñêëàäîâî¿ çäîðîâîãî ñïîñîáó æèòòÿ.
