ÀÍÎÒÀÖ²ß:
Ìåòà. Îö³íèòè ð³âåíü âàëåîëîã³÷íî¿ ñâ³äîìîñò³ òà îñîáëèâîñò³ ñïîñîáó æèòòÿ ñó÷àñíî¿ ìîëîä³.
Îá’ºêò ³ ìåòîäè äîñë³äæåííÿ. Âèâ÷àëàñü âàëåîëîã³÷íà ñâ³äîì³ñòü ³ îð³ºíòîâàí³ñòü íà çäîðîâ’ÿçáåð³ãàþ÷ó ïîâåä³íêó ó÷í³âñüêî¿ òà ñòóäåíòñüêî¿ ìîëîä³. Äëÿ öüîãî âèêîðèñòîâóâàëèñü á³áë³îãðàô³÷í³, àíàë³òè÷í³ ìåòîäè òà ìåòîäè ñîö³îëîã³÷íîãî îïèòóâàííÿ òà ìàòåìàòè÷íîé ñòàòèñòèêè.
Ðåçóëüòàòè äîñë³äæåííÿ òà ¿õ îáãîâîðåííÿ. Àêöåíòîâàíî óâàãó íà îñîáëèâîñòÿõ çäîðîâ’ÿôîðìóþ÷èõ óñòàíîâîê òà ñïîñîáó æèòòÿ ìîëîä³ ç óðàõóâàííÿì ñòàò³, â³êó, ôàõó òà ì³ñöÿ ïðîæèâàííÿ. Âèâ÷åíî òàê³ ñêëàäîâ³ ñïîñîáó æèòòÿ, ÿê çàíÿòòÿ ñïîðòîì, ðóõîâà àêòèâí³ñòü, çäîðîâå õàð÷óâàííÿ, ïåðåáóâàííÿ íà ñâ³æîìó ïîâ³òð³ òîùî. Îñîáëèâà óâàãà ïðèä³ëÿëàñü øê³äëèâèì çâè÷êàì – êóð³ííþ, âæèâàííþ àëêîãîëüíèõ íàïî¿â, âèòðà÷àííÿ òðèâàëîãî ÷àñó íà êîðèñòóâàííÿ ãàäæåòàìè.
Âèñíîâêè. Á³ëüøå ïîëîâèíè îïèòóâàíèõ íàìàãàþòüñÿ äîòðèìóâàòèñü çäîðîâîãî ñïîñîáó æèòòÿ – çàéìàþòüñÿ ñïîðòîì, äîñòàòí³é ÷àñ ïåðåáóâàþòü íà ñâ³æîìó ïîâ³òð³, äîòðèìóþòüñÿ çäîðîâîãî õàð÷óâàííÿ. Âèÿâëåíî é íåãàòèâí³ òåíäåíö³¿. Ðåñïîíäåíòè òðèâàëèé ÷àñ âèòðà÷àþòü íà êîðèñòóâàííÿ êîìï’þòåðîì òà ñìàðòôîíîì. Õî÷ ðàç â æèòò³ ïðîáóâàëè ïàëèòè 60,2% îïèòóâàíèõ. Íà ìîìåíò àíêåòóâàííÿ ïàëèëè 10,6% ñåðåä ä³â÷àò òà 19,6% - ñåðåä õëîïö³â. Á³ëüøå ïîëîâèíè îïèòóâàíèõ ìîëîäèõ ëþäåé âæèâàþòü àëêîãîëüí³ íàïî¿. Ïðè öüîìó, ìàéæå âñ³ îïèòóâàí³ (98,0%) ââàæàþòü, ùî çà çáåðåæåííÿ çäîðîâ’ÿ, â ïåðøó ÷åðãó, íåñóòü â³äïîâ³äàëüí³ñòü âîíè ñàì³. Öå ñâ³ä÷èòü ïðî òå, ùî ò³ëüêè îá³çíàíîñò³ ïðî çäîðîâèé ñïîñ³á æèòòÿ íå äîñòàòíüî äëÿ äîòðèìàííÿ çäîðîâ’ÿôîðìóþ÷î¿ ïîâåä³íêè – íåîáõ³äíà íàÿâí³ñòü ñâ³äîìîñò³ òà ìîòèâàö³¿.
