Íàçâà ñòàòò³: Ô²ÇÈ×ÍÈÉ ÐÎÇÂÈÒÎÊ ² ÊÀËÜÖÈÉ-ÔÎÑÔÎÐÍÛÉ ÎÁÌ²Í Ó Ä²ÒÅÉ Ç ÐÀÉÎͲÂ, ÏÎÑÒÐÀÆÄÀËÈÕ Â²Ä ÀÂÀв¯ ÍÀ ×ÎÐÍÎÁÈËÜÑÜÊ²É ÀÒÎÌÍ²É ÅËÅÊÒÐÎÑÒÀÍÖ²¯
Ìåòîþ äîñë³äæåííÿ áóëî âèçíà÷åííÿ ó ä³òåé, ÿê³ ïðîæèâàþòü â ðàéîí³, ïîñòðàæäà-ëîìó â³ä àâà𳿠íà ×îðíîáèëüñüê³é àòîìí³é åëåêòðîñòàíö³¿, çâ'ÿçêó ì³æ ô³çè÷íèì ðîçâèòêîì ä³òåé ³ êàëüö³ºì, ôîñôîðîì, à òàêîæ ðàä³îíóêë³äàìè 137Cs, ùî ì³ñòÿòüñÿ â îðãàí³çì³.
Ìàòåð³àëè òà ìåòîäè. Äîñë³äæåíî 520 ä³òåé, ÿê³ ìåøêàþòü â ²âàíê³âñüêîìó ³ Ïîë³-ñüêîìó ðàéîíàõ Êè¿âñüêî¿ îáëàñò³. Ñåðåäí³é â³ê øêîëÿð³â ñêëàâ 14,0±0,07 ðîê³â.  ÿêîñò³ êðèòåð³þ îö³íêè ñòàíó ô³çè÷íîãî ðîçâèòêó (ÔÐ) äèòèíè çàñòîñîâàíèé ³íäåêñ Ðîðåðà. Äëÿ äîñë³äæåííÿ âèêîðèñòàí³ ðàä³îìåòðè÷íèé, àíòðîïîìåòðè÷í³, ñïåêòðîìåòðè÷åñêèé, ìàòå-ìàòèêî-ñòàòèñòè÷íèé ìåòîäè.
Ðåçóëüòàòè. Ñåðåä îáñòåæåíèõ ä³òåé, ÿê³ ïðîæèâàþòü â ðàéîíàõ, ïîñòðàæäàëèõ â³ä àâà𳿠íà ×îðíîáèëüñüê³é àòîìí³é åëåêòðîñòàíö³¿, âèïàäêè ãàðìîí³éíîãî ÔÐ ñòàíîâèëè 66,9 %. Ó ãðóï³ ä³òåé ç äèñãàðìîí³éíèé ÔÐ âèïàäêè äèñãàðìîíè÷íîãî âèñîêîãî ÔÐ çóñòð³÷à-ëèñÿ ó 63,95 %.
Íå âèÿâëåíî çâ'ÿçêó ì³æ ÔÐ îáñòåæåíèõ ä³òåé ³ âì³ñòîì çàãàëüíîãî êàëüö³þ â êðîâ³. Ó òîé æå ÷àñ âèÿâëåíî çâ'ÿçîê ì³æ ÔÐ öèõ ä³òåé ³ âì³ñòîì ôîñôîðó â êðîâ³.
Ïèòîìà âàãà âèïàäê³â ãèïîôîñôàòå쳿 ó ãðóïàõ ä³òåé ç ãàðìîí³éíèì ³ äèñãàðìîí³éíèé âèñîêèì ÔÐ áóëà ñòàòèñòè÷íî á³ëüøå, í³æ ïèòîìà âàãà âèïàäê³â âì³ñòó ôîñôîðó â êðîâ³ â ìåæàõ ðåôåðåíòíîãî ³íòåðâàëó.
Ó ä³òåé ç äèñãàðìîí³éíèé íèçüêèì ÔÐ, âì³ñò ðàä³îíóêë³ä³â 137Cs â îðãàí³çì³ ³ ôîñôîðó â êðîâ³, äîñòîâ³ðíî á³ëüøå, í³æ ó ä³òåé ç ãàðìîí³éíèì ³ äèñãàðìîí³éíèé âèñîêèì ÔÐ.
Ðåçóëüòàòè ñòàòèñòè÷íèõ äîñë³äæåíü ï³äòâåðäæóþòü çâîðîòí³ êîðåëÿö³éí³ çâ'ÿçêè ì³æ çíà÷åííÿìè ïîêàçíèê³â 137Cs, ôîñôîðó ³ ÔÐ.
Çíèæåííÿ ìàñè ò³ëà ó ä³òåé ï³äë³òêîâîãî â³êó, ÿê³ ïðîæèâàþòü íà òåðèòîð³¿, ùî ïî-ñòðàæäàëà â³ä àâà𳿠íà ×îðíîáèëüñüê³é àòîìí³é åëåêòðîñòàíö³¿, ïîâ'ÿçàíå ç ï³äâèùåííÿì âì³ñòó ðàä³îíóêë³ä³â 137Cs â îðãàí³çì³ ³ ôîñôîðó â êðîâ³.
Âèñíîâêè. Îòðèìàí³ ðåçóëüòàòè ñâ³ä÷àòü ïðî íåãàòèâíèé âïëèâ íà ÔÐ äèòÿ÷îãî îð-ãàí³çìó ³íêîðïîðîâàíèõ â îðãàí³çì ðàä³îíóêë³ä³â 137Cs.
