ÀÍÎÒÀÖ²ß:
Ìåòà. Àíàë³ç íàÿâíî¿ â íàóêîâèõ äæåðåëàõ ³íôîðìàö³¿ ùîäî çàðàæåíîñò³ ì³ñüêèõ ïîïóëÿö³é êë³ù³â â íàñåëåíèõ ïóíêòàõ Óêðà¿íè çáóäíèêàìè ³íôåêö³éíèõ çàõâîðþâàíü; âèçíà÷åííÿ ôàêòîð³â, ÿê³ ñïðèÿþòü ïîøèðåííþ àðåàë³â ïðîæèâàííÿ êë³ù³â íà òåðèòî𳿠ì³ñò; àêòóàë³çàö³ÿ îñíîâíèõ ìåòîä³â áîðîòüáè ç êë³ùàìè.
Îá’ºêò ³ ìåòîäè äîñë³äæåííÿ. Àíàë³ç â³ò÷èçíÿíèõ òà çàðóá³æíèõ íàóêîâèõ ïðàöü.
Ðåçóëüòàòè äîñë³äæåííÿ òà ¿õ îáãîâîðåííÿ. Çã³äíî ³íôîðìàö³¿ ³ç íàóêîâèõ äæåðåë â ïàðêàõ, çîíàõ â³äïî÷èíêó, çåëåíèõ íàñàäæåííÿõ óçäîâæ ï³øîõ³äíèõ ìàðøðóò³â ìåøêàíö³â íàñåëåíèõ ïóíêò³â Óêðà¿íè íàéá³ëüø ïîøèðåíèìè º êë³ù³ Ixodes ricinus, ð³äøå çóñòð³÷àºòüñÿ âèä Dermacentor reticulatus. Âêàçàí³ êë³ù³ ïðåäñòàâëÿþòü çàãðîçó äëÿ ì³ñòÿí, îñê³ëüêè ìîæóòü áóòè çàðàæåí³ îäíèì àáî îäíî÷àñíî äåê³ëüêîìà çáóäíèêàìè ³íôåêö³éíèõ çàõâîðþâàíü – õâîðîáè Ëàéìà, àíàïëàçìîçó, ðèêåòñ³îç³â, áàáåç³îçó òîùî. Äî çá³ëüøåííÿ ì³ñüêî¿ ïîïóëÿö³¿ êë³ù³â ïðèçâîäÿòü àíòðîïîãåíí³ ÷èííèêè: ðîçáóäîâà ì³ñò, íåíàëåæíèé äîãëÿä çà ïàðêîâèìè çîíàìè, íåñàíêö³îíîâàí³ ñì³òòºçâàëèùà, ÿê³ ñòàþòü ðîçïë³äíèêîì äëÿ ìèøîïîä³áíèõ ãðèçóí³â ³ áåçïðèòóëüíèõ òâàðèí. Äëÿ çàõèñòó ìåøêàíö³â ì³ñò â³ä êë³ùîâèõ ³íôåêö³é íåîáõ³äíî çíèùóâàòè êë³ù³â ³ ðåãóëþâàòè ïîïóëÿö³þ ¿õ ãîñïîäàð³â, óïîðÿäêîâóâàòè ïàðêè, ñêâåðè, ïðèáóäèíêîâ³ òåðèòîð³¿, ïðîâîäèòè ïðîñâ³òíèöüêó ðîáîòó ñåðåä íàñåëåííÿ. Âàæëèâèì íàïðÿìêîì ïðîô³ëàêòè÷íî¿ ðîáîòè º åï³äåì³îëîã³÷íèé ³ åï³çîîòîëîã³÷íèé ìîí³òîðèíã çà ³íôåêö³ÿìè, ÿê³ ïåðåíîñÿòüñÿ êë³ùàìè.
Âèñíîâêè. ×åðåç àíòðîïîãåííèé âïëèâ, áåçëàäíó ãîñïîäàðñüêó ä³ÿëüí³ñòü â ì³ñòàõ Óêðà¿íè ïîøèðþþòüñÿ ïîïóëÿö³¿ ³êñîäîâèõ êë³ù³â, ÿê³ ïðè íàïàä³ íà ëþäèíó ìîæóòü ³íô³êóâàòè ¿¿ ðÿäîì íåáåçïå÷íèõ ³íôåêö³éíèõ çàõâîðþâàíü. Ñòðàòåã³ÿ òà òàêòèêà ïðîô³ëàêòèêè êë³ùîâèõ ³íôåêö³é ïîâèííà ðîçðîáëÿòèñü ³íäèâ³äóàëüíî äëÿ êîæíîãî íàñåëåíîãî ïóíêòó ç óðàõóâàííÿì îñîáëèâîñòåé òåðèòîð³¿, ÷è º âîíà åíçîîòè÷íîþ ç ò³º¿ ÷è ³íøî¿ ³íôåêö³¿, ³ ðåçóëüòàò³â ëàáîðàòîðíîãî îáñòåæåííÿ ³êñîäîâèõ êë³ù³â, ç³áðàíèõ ó çîíàõ â³äïî÷èíêó íàñåëåííÿ.
