Íàçâà ñòàòò³ : ÇÂ’ßÇÎÊ ÃÎÐÌÎͲ ÙÈÒÎÂÈÄÍί ÇÀËÎÇÈ ² ÃÎÌÎÖÈÑÒůÍÓ Ó Ä²ÒÅÉ, ßʲ ÏÐÎÆÈÂÀÞÒÜ Â ÐÀÉÎÍÀÕ, ßʲ ÏÎÑÒÐÀÆÄÀËÈ Â²Ä ÀÂÀв¯ ÍÀ ×ÎÐÍÎÁÈËÜÑÜÊ²É ÀÒÎÌÍ²É ÅËÅÊÒÐÎÑÒÀÍÖ²¯.
Ìåòà – âèçíà÷åííÿ çâ’ÿçêó ãîìîöèñòå¿íó ³ ãîðìîí³â ùèòîâèäíî¿ çàëîçè ó ä³òåé ç ð³çíèì ð³âíåì ô³çè÷íîãî ðîçâèòêó, ÿê³ ïðîæèâàþòü â ðàéîíàõ, ïîñòðàæäàëèõ â³ä àâà𳿠íà ×îðíîáèëüñüê³é àòîìí³é åëåêòðîñòàíö³¿.
Ìàòåð³àëè ³ ìåòîäè äîñë³äæåííÿ. Ïðîàíàë³çîâàíî ïîêàçíèêè ô³çè÷íîãî ðîçâèòêó, ð³âåíü ãîìîöèñòå¿íó, ãîðìîí³â ùèòîâèäíî¿ çàëîçè, â³òàì³í³â Â6, Â9 ³ Â12, à òàêîæ ñòàí ãåíå-òè÷íî¿ ñèñòåìè ôîëàòíîãî öèêëó ó 178 ñ³ëüñüêèõ øêîëÿð³â, ÿê³ ïðîæèâàþòü â ðàä³îàêòèâíî çàáðóäíåíèõ íàñåëåíèõ ïóíêòàõ ²âàíê³âñüêîãî ðàéîíó Êè¿âñüêî¿ îáëàñò³. Ñåðåäí³é â³ê ä³òåé ñòàíîâèâ 13,6±0,1 ðîê³â (95%IJ 13,4-13,8 ðîê³â).
 ÿêîñò³ ³íòåãðàëüíîãî ïîêàçíèêà ô³çè÷íîãî ðîçâèòêó é îáì³íó ðå÷îâèí îö³íþâàâñÿ ìàñî-ðîñòîâèé ³íäåêñ Ðîðåðà, ùî íå çàëåæèòü â³ä â³êó ³ ñòàò³. Ñòàòèñòè÷íà îáðîáêà îòðèìàíèõ ðåçóëüòàò³â çä³éñíþâàëàñÿ çà äîïîìîãîþ ïðîãðàìè IBM SPSS Statistics 22 (ÑØÀ).
Ðåçóëüòàòè. Íà ï³äñòàâ³ îö³íêè ³íäåêñó Ðîðåðà áóëè âèçíà÷åí³ ï³äãðóïè ä³òåé ç ð³çíèì ô³çè÷íèì ðîçâèòêîì. Ïðîâåäåíî êîðåëÿö³éíèé àíàë³ç ì³æ ð³çíèìè ð³âíÿìè ô³çè÷íîãî ðîçâèòêó ñ³ëüñüêèõ øêîëÿð³â, ïîêàçíèêàìè ãîðìîíîãåíåçó ùèòîâèäíî¿ çàëîçè ³ ôóíêö³îíó-âàííÿ ôîëàòíîãî öèêëó. Âèÿâëåíî, ùî ó ä³òåé ç ï³äâèùåíîþ ìàñîþ ò³ëà, ÿê³ ïîñò³éíî ïðî-æèâàþòü íà ðàä³îàêòèâíî çàáðóäíåí³é òåðèòîð³¿, ñïîñòåð³ãàºòüñÿ ïîðóøåííÿ çâ’ÿçêó ì³æ ìåòàáîë³÷íèìè öèêëàìè îáì³íó ìåò³îí³íó ³ ãîðìîíîãåíåçîì ùèòîâèäíî¿ çàëîçè. Âñòàíîâ¬ëåíà çàëåæí³ñòü çâ’ÿçêó ì³æ ãîìîöèñòå¿íîì ³ òèðåîòðîïíèì ãîðìîíîì â³ä àëëåë³ Ò ïîë³ìîð¬ô³çìó MTHFR:Ñ677Ò.
Âèñíîâêè. Îòðèìàí³ ðåçóëüòàòè äîñë³äæåíü ìîæóòü áóòè âèêîðèñòàí³ ïðè îö³íö³ íàñë³äê³â õðîí³÷íîãî ðàä³àö³éíîãî âïëèâó íà ìåòàáîë³÷í³ ïðîöåñè ëþäñüêîãî îðãàí³çìó.
