ÀÍÎÒÀÖ²ß:
Ìåòà. Äîñë³äèòè äèíàì³êó çì³í ïîêàçíèê³â ïåðåêèñíîãî îêèñíåííÿ ë³ï³ä³â òà àíòèîêñèäàíòíîãî çàõèñòó â êðîâ³ é òêàíèí³ ïå÷³íêè çà óìîâ âïëèâó ôòîðó äî òà ï³ä ÷àñ ïðîâåäåííÿ á³îëîã³÷íî¿ êîðåêö³¿.
Îá’ºêò ³ ìåòîäè äîñë³äæåííÿ.  åêñïåðèìåíòàëüíèõ óìîâàõ ïðîâåäåíî 4 ñå𳿠äîñë³ä³â íà ñòàòåâîçð³ëèõ á³ëèõ ùóðàõ ë³í³¿ Wistar ìàñîþ ò³ëà 170-200 ã, êîòðèì ùîäåííî óïðîäîâæ 30 äí³â ó øëóíîê óâîäèëè âîäí³ ðîç÷èí íàòð³þ ôòîðèäó (ôòîð) ó äîç³ 10 ìã/êã ìàñè ò³ëà îêðåìî òà íà ôîí³ ïîñë³äîâíîãî äîäàâàííÿ äî ¿æ³ òâàðèí á³îïðîòåêòîð³â. Ó ² ñå𳿠äîñë³ä³â ôòîð óâîäèëè áåç á³îïðîòåêòîð³â, ó ²² ñå𳿠– íà ôîí³ ïåêòèíó, ó ²²² – ïåêòèíó ³ êàëüö³þ, ó IV – êîìïëåêñó ïåêòèíó, êàëüö³þ òà àíòèîêñèäàíò³â – â³òàì³í³â Ñ, Å, β-êàðîòèíó, ñåëåíó. Òâàðèíàì êîíòðîëüíèõ ãðóï óâîäèëè ïèòíó âîäó ³ äîäàâàëè äî ðàö³îíó â³äïîâ³äí³ á³îïðîòåêòîðè. Ó êðîâ³ òà òêàíèí³ ïå÷³íêè âèçíà÷àëè âì³ñò 䳺íîâèõ êîí’þãàò³â, ìàëîíîâîãî ä³àëüäåã³äó, àêòèâí³ñòü ñóïåðîêñèääèñìóòàçè, àêòèâí³ñòü êàòàëàçè, ³íäåêñ àíòèîêñèäàíòî¿ àêòèâíîñò³. Çà ñï³ââ³äíîøåííÿìè ïîêàçíèê³â àêòèâíîñò³ àíòèîêñèäàíòíîãî çàõèñòó òà ³íòåíñèâíîñò³ ïðîöåñ³â ë³ïîïåðîêñèäàö³¿ ðîçðàõîâóâàëè ³íòåãðàëüíèé êîåô³ö³ºíò, ùî õàðàêòåðèçóº àíòèîêñèäàíòíèé ñòàí îðãàí³çìó.
Ðåçóëüòàòè äîñë³äæåííÿ òà ¿õ îáãîâîðåííÿ. Âèÿâëåíî, ùî óïðîäîâæ äîñë³äó ð³âåíü ïðîäóêò³â ïåðåêèñíîãî îêèñíåííÿ ë³ï³ä³â áóâ ï³äâèùåíèé: 䳺íîâèõ êîí'þãàò³â íà 15 äîáó äîñë³äó ó êðîâ³ íà 168%, ó ïå÷³íö³ – íà 29,8%, íà 30 äîáó ó êðîâ³ – íà 36,2%, ïå÷³íö³ – íà 86,5%, ìàëîíîâîãî ä³àëüäåã³äó ó êðîâ³ ó ìåæàõ 25,0%-53,0%, ó ïå÷³íö³ 27,9%-41,7% â³äïîâ³äíî ïðîòè êîíòðîëþ. Îäíî÷àñíî â îáèäâà òåðì³íè ñïîñòåðåæåííÿ ï³äâèùèëàñÿ àêòèâí³ñòü ñóïåðîêñèääèñìóòàçè ó êðîâ³ íà 31,4%-46,0%, ó òêàíèí³ ïå÷³íêè íà 35,2%-75,2%, àêòèâí³ñòü êàòàëàçè çíèæóâàëàñÿ á³ëüøîþ ì³ðîþ ó êðîâ³ ó ìåæàõ 29,2%-51,4%, ó òêàíèí³ ïå÷³íêè â³ä 24,1% äî 28,2% ïðîòè êîíòðîëþ. Îòðèìàí³ ðåçóëüòàòè ñâ³ä÷àòü ïðî íàðîñòàííÿ îêñèäàòèâíîãî ñòðåñó â äèíàì³ö³ ³íòîêñèêàö³¿ ôòîðîì, ùî ï³äòâåðäæóºòüñÿ íèçüêèìè çíà÷åííÿìè ³íòåãðàëüíèõ êîåô³ö³ºíò³â. Ïåêòèí ïðàêòè÷íî íå ñïðèÿâ ïîêðàùàííþ àíòèîêñèäàíòíîãî çàõèñòó çà óìîâ òðèâàëîãî íàäõîäæåííÿ ôòîðó. Äîäàâàííÿ êàëüö³þ ç ïåêòèíîì äî ðàö³îíó òâàðèí çíà÷íî ïîêðàùèëî ïåðåá³ã ìåòàáîë³÷íèõ ïðîöåñ³â ó ñèñòåì³ ïåðåêèñíå îêèñíåííÿ ë³ï³ä³â – àíòèîêñèäàíòíèé çàõèñò. Ó òêàíèí³ ïå÷³íêè ïîêàçíèêè ë³ïîïåðîêñèäàö³¿ ðåºñòðóâàëèñÿ íà ð³âí³ êîíòðîëþ, Ó êðîâ³ ð³âåíü 䳺íîâèõ êîí'þãàò³â çàëèøèâñÿ âèñîêèì, ìàëîíîâîãî ä³àëüäåã³äó ïåðåâèùóâàâ íà 27,8% êîíòðîëüí³ âåëè÷èíè, àíòèîêñèäàíòíèé çàõèñò çíèæåíèé. Ôåðìåíòíà ëàíêà àíòèîêñèäàíòíîãî çàõèñòó âèÿâèëàñÿ àêòèâí³øîþ, í³æ íåôåðìåíòíà, ³íäåêñ àíòèîêñèäàíòî¿ àêòèâíîñò³ íèæ÷èé íà 31,7% ïðîòè êîíòðîëþ. ²îíè êàëüö³þ çâ′ÿçóþòü ³îíè ôòîðó ç óòâîðåííÿì ó òðàâíîìó êàíàë³ âàæêîðîç÷èííî¿ ñïîëóêè êàëüö³þ ôòîðèäó, ùî ãàëüìóº àáñîðáö³þ ôòîðó â êèøêàõ ³ íàäõîäæåííÿ ôòîðó ó êðîâ. Êàëüö³þ ôòîðèä çàâäÿêè ïåêòèíó ìîæå âèâîäèòèñÿ ç îðãàí³çìó. Àêòèâàö³ÿ ìåõàí³çì³â çàõèñòó ñòðåñ-ë³ì³òóâàëüíî¿ àíòèîêñèäàíòíî¿ ñèñòåìè â³äáóâàëàñÿ çàâäÿêè çàñòîñóâàííþ â³òàì³í³â Ñ, Å, β-êàðîòèíó ³ ñåëåíó. Àíòèîêñèäàíòíèé çàõèñò àêòèâí³øèé ó òêàíèí³ ïå÷³íêè, í³æ ó êðîâ³. Êîìïëåêñ á³îïðîòåêòîð³â óñóâຠäèñáàëàíñ ì³æ ë³ïîïåðîêñèäàö³ºþ é àíòèîêñèäàíòíèì çàõèñòîì ó êðîâ³ é òêàíèí³ ïå÷³íêè òà ïîêðàùóº ¿õí³é ìåòàáîë³÷íèé ñòàòóñ
Âèñíîâêè. Íàòð³þ ôòîðèä ñïðè÷èíèâ îêñèäàòèâíèé ñòðåñ ó ï³ääîñë³äíèõ òâàðèí. Äîäàâàííÿ äî ðàö³îíó ëàáîðàòîðíèõ òâàðèí îäíî÷àñíî ïåêòèíó, êàëüö³þ, â³òàì³í³â Ñ, Å, βb-êàðîòèíó ³ ñåëåíó àêòèâóº ìåòàáîë³÷í³ ïðîöåñè, íàëàãîäæóº ð³âíîâàãó â ñèñòåì³ ïåðåêèñíå îêèñíåííÿ ë³ï³ä³â – àíòèîêñèäàíòíèé çàõèñò êðîâ³ òà òêàíèíè ïå÷³íêè ³ ìîæå çàñòîñîâóâàòèñÿ äëÿ êîðåêö³¿ àíòèîêñèäàíòíîãî çàõèñòó çà óìîâ íåãàòèâíîãî âïëèâó ôòîðó.
