ÀÍÎÒÀÖ²ß:
Äåðæàâíà ïîë³òèêà Óêðà¿íè ó ñôåð³ çàáåçïå÷åííÿ íàñåëåííÿ åôåêòèâíèìè õàð÷îâèìè äîáàâêàìè ïåðåäáà÷ຠïîãëèáëåíå âèâ÷åííÿ óñ³õ ¿õí³õ ñêëàäîâèõ ç ìåòîþ çàïîá³ãàííÿ ¿õíüîãî íåãàòèâíîãî âïëèâó íà çäîðîâ’ÿ íàñåëåííÿ.
Ìåòà ðîáîòè – óçàãàëüíèòè â³äîì³ â ë³òåðàòóð³ äàí³ ïðî õ³ì³÷íèé ñêëàä ðîñëèííî¿ ñèðîâèíè òà íàóêîâ³ äàí³ ïðî ¿õíþ á³îëîã³÷íó àêòèâí³ñòü ³ ìåòîäè ¿õíüîãî àíàë³òè÷íîãî âèÿâëåííÿ.
Óí³êàëüí³ ôàðìàêîëîã³÷í³ âëàñòèâîñò³ õàð÷îâèõ äîáàâîê íà îñíîâ³ ë³êàðñüêèõ ðîñëèíí îáóìîâëåí³ êîìïëåêñíèì õàðàêòåðîì 䳿 á³îëîã÷íî àêòèâíèõ ñïîëóê, ÿê³ º â ñêëàä³ ÿê ïåðâèííèèõ (ñàõàðà, îë³ãî- òà ïîë³ñàõàðèäè, îðãàí³÷í³ ³ ì³íåðàëüí³ êèñëîòè, ë³ï³äè, ë³ïî¿äè, â³òàì³íè, ôåðìåíòè, ì³íåðàëüí³ ðå÷îâèíè) òàê ³ âòîðèííèõ ìåòàáîë³ò³â (ñòåðî¿äè - ô³òîñòåðèíè, êàðä³îñòåðî¿äè, ñòåðî¿äí³ ñàïîãåí³íè), (òåðïåíî¿äè - ³ðèäî¿äè, êîìïîíåíòè åô³ðíèõ ìàñåë, ñìîëè, òðèòåðïåíî¿äè, êàðîòèíî¿äè, êàó÷óê), (ôåíîëüí³ ñïîëóêè - ïðîñò³ ôåíîëè ³ ¿õí³ ïîõ³äí³, ïîõ³äí³ àíòðàöåíó, äóáèëüí³ ðå÷îâèíè) òà àëêàëî¿ä³â.
Êîìïëåêñ öèõ ñïîëóê ïðîÿâëÿº ôîòîñåíñèá³ë³çóþ÷ó,ñïàçìîë³òè÷íó òà íåôðîë³òè÷íó àêòèâí³ñòü, àíòèêîàãóëþþ÷ó, àíòèì³êðîáíó, åñòðîãåííó, ïðîòèïóõëèííó, ïðîòèòóáåðêóëüîçíó òà àíàëãåòè÷íó ³ ñåäàòèâíó ä³þ, âïëèâຠíà àíòèäåïðåñèâíèé åôåêò.
Äëÿ ¿õíüîãî âèÿâëåííÿ â ë³êàðñüê³é ñèðîâèí³ òà õàð÷îâèõ äîáàâêàõ ðîçðîáëåí³ òà âèêîðèñòîâóþòüñÿ ÿê êëàñè÷í³ ðåàêö³¿ (ðåàêòèâè Ìîë³øà, Ôåë³íãà, ðåàêö³ÿ ³ëüñîíà ÷èñëî îìèëåííÿ, åô³ðíå òà éîäíå ÷èñëà, ëàêòîííà ïðîáà, òèòðèìåòð³ÿ) òàê ³ ô³çèêî-õ³ì³÷í³ ìåòîäè (ôëóîðåñö³ÿ â ÓÔ-ñâ³òë³, ïîëÿðîãðàô³ÿ, ñïåêòðîôîòîìåòð³ÿ, õðîìàòî-ìàñ-ñïåêòðîìåòð³ÿ)
