ÀÍÎÒÀÖ²ß:
Ìåòà: äîñë³äæåííÿ îñîáëèâîñòåé ðåàêö³é åðèòðîöèòàðíî¿ ñèñòåìè êðîâ³ òà îö³íêà ìîæëèâîñò³ ¿õ âèêîðèñòàííÿ äëÿ âèÿâëåííÿ ôóíêö³îíàëüíèõ çñóâ³â â îðãàí³çì³ òâàðèí ï³ä âïëèâîì õëîðîôîðìó òà ñóëüôàòó àëþì³í³þ.
Îá’ºêò ³ ìåòîäè äîñë³äæåííÿ: êîìá³íîâàíà ä³ÿ õëîðîôîðìó òà ñóëüôàòó àëþì³í³þ íà åðèòðîöèòàðí³ ïîêàçíèêè.
Ðåçóëüòàòè äîñë³äæåííÿ òà ¿õ îáãîâîðåííÿ. Òåíäåíö³ÿ äî çíèæåííÿ ð³âíÿ ãåìîãëîá³-íó, çíèæåííÿ âì³ñòó ãåìîãëîá³íó â îäíîìó åðèòðîöèò³ òà çíèæåííÿ àáñîëþòíî¿ ê³ëüêîñò³ åðèòðîöèò³â ìîæå ñâ³ä÷èòè ïðî ïåðåáóäîâó â åðèòðîöèòàðí³é ñèñòåì³ êðîâ³. Âèÿâëåí³ çì³íè ìîæóòü âêàçóâàòè íà ð³çí³ øâèäêîñò³ ñèíòåçó òà íàêîïè÷åííÿ ãåìîãëîá³íó â åðèòðîöèòàðíèõ êë³òèíàõ ê³ñòêîâîãî ìîçêó ï³ääîñë³äíèõ òà êîíòðîëüíèõ òâàðèí òà íà ôóíêö³îíàëüíó íåäîñòàòí³ñòü çð³ëèõ ôîðì åðèòðîöèò³â ó ï³ääîñë³äíèõ òâàðèí. Ôóíêö³îíàëüíà íåäîñòàòí³ñòü êèñíåâî-òðàíñïîðòíî¿ ôóíêö³¿ åðèòðîöèò³â ìîæå âèêëèêàòè â îðãàí³çì³ êèñíåâó íåäîñòàòí³ñòü, ç ïîäàëüøèì ðîçâèòêîì ïîðóøåíü ôóíêö³îíóâàííÿ âñ³õ îðãàí³â òà ñèñòåì îðãàí³çìó.
Âèñíîâêè. Ãåìàòîëîã³÷í³ äîñë³äæåííÿ âèÿâèëè ÿê³ñí³ òà ê³ëüê³ñí³ çì³íè åðèòðîöèòàðíèõ êë³òèí. Âñòàíîâëåíî, ùî õàðàêòåð ³ âèðàæåí³ñòü åôåêò³â çàëåæàëè â³ä ä³þ÷î¿ ðå÷îâèíè, ð³âí³â ¿õ ÃÄÊ (äîçà) òà ÷àñó ¿õ âïëèâó. Íàéâèðàçí³ø³ çì³íè ìîæíà ñïîñòåð³ãàòè â ãðóïàõ òâàðèí ç ìàêñèìàëüíèì ð³âíåì íàâàíòàæåííÿì – 3 òà 5 ÃÄÊ, ÿê ïðè ³çîëüîâàí³é 䳿 õëîðîôîðìó òà À1, òàê ³ çà óìîâ ¿õ ïîºäíàíî¿ ä³¿.
