ÀÍÎÒÀÖ²ß:
Ìåòà ðîáîòè – îö³íêà ñèòóàö³¿ ç ðåãóëþâàííÿ á³îöèä³â â Óêðà¿í³ íà êîæíîìó åòàï³ æèòòºâîãî öèêëó òà íàÿâíîãî ïîòåíö³àëó äëÿ âèÿâëåííÿ ³ñíóþ÷èõ íåäîë³ê³â ùîäî âïðîâàäæåííÿ ¿õ ðàö³îíàëüíîãî ðåãóëþâàííÿ äëÿ çìåíøåííÿ íåãàòèâíîãî âïëèâó íà çäîðîâ’ÿ íàñå¬ëåííÿ êðà¿íè.
Ìàòåð³àë òà ìåòîäè: á³áë³îãðàô³÷í³, á³áë³îñåìàíòè÷í³, ã³ã³ºí³÷í³, àíàë³òè÷í³. Äî àíàë³çó âêëþ÷åíî äæåðåëà, ùî ì³ñòÿòü äåðæàâíèé òà ì³æíàðîäíèé äîñâ³ä îö³íêè âïëèâó õ³ì³÷íèõ ðå÷îâèí, çîêðåìà, á³îöèä³â, íà ñòàí íàâêîëèøíüîãî ñåðåäîâèùà òà çäîðîâ’ÿ íàñåëåííÿ.
Ðåçóëüòàòè. Ïðîâåäåíî àíàë³ç ñèòóàö³¿ çà íàïðÿìêàìè: Âèðîáíèöòâî, ³ìïîðò, åêñïîðò, òðàíñïîðòóâàííÿ, âèêîðèñòàííÿ òà óòèë³çàö³ÿ á³îöèä³â; Ïðàâîâ³ ³íñòðóìåíòè òà íåðåãóëÿòîðí³ ìåõàí³çìè äëÿ ðàö³îíàëüíîãî óïðàâë³ííÿ õ³ì³÷íèìè ðå÷îâèíàìè, âêëþ÷àþ÷è á³îöèäè; ̳í³ñòåðñòâà, àãåíòñòâà òà ³íø³ äåðæàâí³ óñòàíîâè, ùî ïðèéìàþòü ó÷àñòü â óïðàâë³íí³ á³îöèäàìè; ijÿëüí³ñòü ïðîìèñëîâîñò³, çàö³êàâëåíèõ ãðîìàäñüêèõ îðãàí³çàö³é ³ äîñë³äíèöüêèõ öåíòð³â ç óïðàâë³ííÿ á³îöèäàìè; ̳æâ³äîì÷³ êîì³ñ³¿ òà êîîðäèíàö³éí³ ìåõàí³çìè; Óïðàâë³ííÿ ³íôîðìàö³ºþ, äîñòóï òà âèêîðèñòàííÿ; Òåõí³÷íà ³íôðàñòðóêòóðà; Çàáåçïå÷åííÿ ãîòîâíîñò³ äî íàäçâè÷àéíèõ ñèòóàö³é (õ³ì³÷íèõ àâàð³é), â³äïîâ³äí³ çàõîäè òà íàñòóïíà ä³ÿëüí³ñòü; Îá³çíàí³ñòü òà óñâ³äîìëåííÿ ïðîáëåì ïðàö³âíèêàìè ³ ãðîìàäñüê³ñòþ; íàâ÷àííÿ ö³ëüîâèõ ãðóï òà ôàõ³âö³â; ̳æíàðîäí³ çâ’ÿçêè; Äîñòóïí³ òà íåîáõ³äí³ ðåñóðñè äëÿ óïðàâë³ííÿ á³îöèäàìè.
Ðåçóëüòàòîì ðîáîòè ñòàâ Íàö³îíàëüíèé îãëÿä ïîòî÷íî¿ ñèòóàö³¿ ç óïðàâë³ííÿ á³îöèäàìè (ïåñòèöèäàìè òà äåç³íô³êóþ÷èìè çàñîáàìè) â Óêðà¿í³, ÿêèé ï³äãîòîâëåíî ó ðàìêàõ ïðîåêòó «Çì³öíåííÿ ïîòåíö³àëó äëÿ áåçïå÷íîãî óïðàâë³ííÿ á³îöèäàìè (ïåñòèöèäè òà äåç³íô³êóþ÷³ çàñîáè) äëÿ çìåíøåííÿ âïëèâó íà íàñåëåííÿ â Óêðà¿í³» (2017-2018), ðåàë³çîâàíèé ªâðîïåéñüêèì ðåã³îíàëüíèì áþðî ÂÎÎÇ ³ ªâðîïåéñüêèì öåíòðîì ÂÎÎÇ ç íàâêîëèøíüîãî ñåðåäîâèùà òà çäîðîâ'ÿ â ðàìêàõ Ïðîãðàìè Øâèäêîãî Ñòàðòó Ñòðàòåã³÷íîãî ï³äõîäó äî ì³æíàðîäíîãî ðåãóëþâàííÿ õ³ì³÷íèõ ðå÷îâèí ïðè ï³äòðèìö³ Ïðîãðàìè ÎÎÍ ç íàâêîëèøíüîãî ñåðåäîâèùà (UNEP)
ϳäñóìîâàíî â³äîìîñò³ ïðî âè¬ðîáíèöòâî, ³ìïîðò, åêñïîðò, òðàíñïîðòóâàííÿ, âèêîðèñòàííÿ/ ñïîæèâàííÿ á³îöèä³â â Óêðà¿í³ òà âèçíà÷åíî ïðîáëåìè ó ñôåð³ ïîâîäæåííÿ ç ¿õ â³äõîäàìè, à òàêîæ ïðàâîâ³, ³íñòèòóö³éí³, àäì³í³ñòðàòèâí³ òà òåõí³÷í³ àñïåêòè óïðàâë³ííÿ á³îöèäàìè â Óêðà¿í³; íàäàíî åêñïåðòíó îö³íêó ñó÷àñíîãî ñòàíó ïîâîäæåííÿ ç á³îöèäàìè â Óêðà¿í³ òà ñôîðìîâàíî ïðîïîçèö³¿ ³ ðåêîìåíäàö³¿ ùîäî çì³öíåííÿ ïîòåíö³àëó ³ ñòâîðåííÿ ñèñòåìè áåçïå÷íîãî óïðàâë³ííÿ á³îöèäàìè â Óêðà¿í³ âïðîäîâæ ¿õ æèòòºâîãî öèêëó ç ìåòîþ óñóíåííÿ íåãàòèâíîãî âïëèâó á³îöèä³â íà íàâêîëèøíº ñåðåäîâèùå òà çäîðîâ’ÿ ëþäåé.
Âèñíîâêè. Ïðîâåäåíèé àíàë³ç âèñâ³òëèâ ÿê ³ñòîòí³ ïðîãàëèíè, ùî ³ñíóþòü ç ïèòàíü ðàö³îíàëüíîãî ðåãóëþâàííÿ á³îöèä³â, òàê ³ ñèëüí³ ñòîðîíè, îñê³ëüêè â Óêðà¿í³ ³ñíóº ñåðéîçíà êîìàíäà ôàõ³âö³â (â ïåðøó ÷åðãó â ñôåð³ ãðîìàäñüêîãî çäîðîâ’ÿ òà ã³ã³ºíè), ùî ïîòðåáóº ðîçðîáêè òà ï³äòðèìêè â³äïîâ³äíî¿ äåðæàâíî¿ ïîë³òèêè â ö³é ñôåð³.
