ÀÍÎÒÀÖ²ß:
Ìåòà ðîáîòè. Âèñâ³òëèòè ðåçóëüòàòè íàóêîâèõ äîñë³äæåíü ç ã³ã³ºí³÷íî¿ îö³íêè ô³çè÷íîãî ðîçâèòêó ä³òåé ³ ï³äë³òê³â, ùî ïðîâîäèëèñÿ íà êàôåäð³ çàãàëüíî¿ ã³ã³ºíè ç åêîëî㳺þ Ëüâ³âñüêîãî íàö³îíàëüíîãî ìåäè÷íîãî óí³âåðñèòåòó ³ìåí³ Äàíèëà Ãàëèöüêîãî.
Îá'ºêò ³ ìåòîäè äîñë³äæåííÿ. Äðóêîâàí³ íàóêîâ³ ïðàö³, àâòîðåôåðàòè, çâ³òè íàóêîâî-äîñë³äíèõ ðîá³ò. Ìåòîäè – ïîøóêîâèé, àíàë³òè÷íèé, îïèñîâèé.
Ðåçóëüòàòè äîñë³äæåííÿ òà ¿õ îáãîâîðåííÿ. ³ä ÷àñó çàñíóâàííÿ êàôåäðè çàãàëüíî¿ ã³ã³ºíè ç åêîëî㳺þ Ëüâ³âñüêîãî íàö³îíàëüíîãî ìåäè÷íîãî óí³âåðñèòåòó ³ìåí³ Äàíèëà Ãàëèöüêîãî ìèíóëî 125 ðîê³â. Îäíèì ç-ïîì³æ íàïðÿì³â íàóêîâî¿ ä³ÿëüíîñò³ êàôåäðè ñòàëà ã³ã³ºí³÷íà îö³íêà ô³çè÷íîãî ðîçâèòêó ä³òåé ³ ï³äë³òê³â. Íàïðèê³íö³ 40-õ ðîê³â ÕÕ ñòîë³òòÿ äîñë³äæóâàâñÿ ô³çè÷íèé ðîçâèòîê ó÷í³â é ó÷åíèöü ðåì³ñíè÷èõ ³ ôàáðè÷íî-çàâîäñüêèõ ó÷èëèù, øê³ë ôàáðè÷íî-çàâîäñüêîãî íàâ÷àííÿ, þíàê³â ³ ä³â÷àò, ÿê³ ïðàöþâàëè íà âèðîáíè÷èõ ï³äïðèºìñòâàõ. Âèÿâëåíî, ùî þíàêè ³ ä³â÷àòà, ÿê³ ïðàöþâàëè, ìàëè êðàù³ ïîêàçíèêè ô³çè÷íîãî ðîçâèòêó. ¯õí³ àíòðîïîìåòðè÷í³ ïîêàçíèêè çíà÷íî ïåðåâèùóâàëè ïîêàçíèêè îäíîë³òê³â 1923 ð. Ô³çè÷íèé ðîçâèòîê õëîï÷èê³â ³ ä³â÷àòîê 4-6 ðîê³â ì. Ëüâîâà âèâ÷àâñÿ ó 1995-1996 ðð., ñ³ëüñüêî¿ ì³ñöåâîñò³ Ëüâ³âñüêî¿ îáëàñò³ – ó 1998-1999 ðð. Âèÿâëåíî, ùî íîðìàëüíèé ô³çè÷íèé ðîçâèòîê ìàëè 71,2%-71,6% äîøê³ëüíèê³â ³ äîøê³ëüíèöü. çîêðåìà 72,4% õëîï÷èê³â ³ 70,0% ä³â÷àòîê ìåøêàíö³â ì³ñòà, 70,6% õëîï÷èê³â ³ 72,6% ä³â÷àòîê – ìåøêàíö³â ñ³ëüñüêî¿ ì³ñöåâîñò³. Äåô³öèòè ìàñè ò³ëà ² ñòóïåíÿ âèÿâëåíî ó 38,7% , íàäëèøîê ìàñè ò³ëà ² ñòóïåíÿ ó 29,9% ëüâ³âñüêèõ ä³òåé, ç-ïîì³æ ä³òåé ñ³ëüñüêî¿ ì³ñöåâîñò³ – 34,6% ³ 32,8% â³äïîâ³äíî. ijòè ñ³ëüñüêî¿ ì³ñöåâîñò³ íèæ÷³ çà çðîñòîì ³ ìàëè ìåíøó ìàñó ò³ëà, í³æ ì³ñüê³. ³ä 1969-1971 ðð. äî 1995-1996 ðð. ó ì³ñüêèõ ä³òåé çìåíøèëàñÿ ìàñà ò³ëà ó ñåðåäíüîìó íà 1 êã. Ç-ïîì³æ îáñòåæåíèõ øêîëÿð³â ³ øêîëÿðîê ìîëîäøî¿ øêîëè (2003-2005 ðð.) íîðìàëüíèé ô³çè÷íèé ðîçâèòîê ìàëè ïðè ïîñòóïëåíí³ äî øêîëè 73,5%, íà äðóãîìó ðîö³ íàâ÷àííÿ – 67,8%, ó òðåòüîìó êëàñ³ – 66,2%. Çðîñëà ê³ëüê³ñòü îñ³á ç âèñîêèì çðîñòîì òà íàäëèøêîì ìàñè ò³ëà ² ³ ²² ñòóïåí³â. Çà ðåòðîñïåêòèâíèì àíàë³çîì àíòðîïîìåòðè÷íèõ ïàðàìåòð³â ïîð³âíÿíî ç 1969-1971 ðð. âèÿâëåíà òåíäåíö³ÿ äî äåöåëåðàö³¿³. Ç-ïîì³æ îáñòåæåíèõ øêîëÿð³â ³ øêîëÿðîê ó 2014-2015 ðð. ñåðåäí³é çð³ñò ìàëè 68,9% ä³òåé 7-ð³÷íîãî â³êó, 8-ð³÷íîãî – 64,1%, 9-ð³÷íîãî – 70,5% ³ 10-ð³÷íîãî – 68,7%, ãàðìîí³éíèé ðîçâèòîê ñòàíîâèâ ç-ïîì³æ 7-ð³÷íèõ õëîï÷èê³â 69,8%, ä³â÷àòîê 66,1%, 8-ð³÷íèõ – 65,9% ³ 64,6%, 9-ð³÷íèõ – 72,6% ³ 65,8% â³äïîâ³äíî, íàéìåíøó ÷àñòêó ç ãàðìîí³éíèì ô³çè÷íèì ðîçâèòêîì ìàëè 10-ð³÷í³ õëîï÷èêè – 50,6% ³ ä³â÷àòêà – 59,4%. Äèíàì³êà àíòðîïîìåòðè÷íèõ ïîêàçíèê³â â³ä 1967-1969 ðð. äî 2014-2015 ðð., õàðàêòåðèçóâàëàñÿ ïðîöåñàìè àêñåëåðàö³¿, íà ôîí³ àñòåí³çàö³¿ ³ ãðàö³àë³çàö³¿ ä³òåé. Ïðîöåñè çðîñòàííÿ àíòðîïîìåòðè÷íèõ ïîêàçíèê³â â³äáóâàëèñÿ íåð³âíîì³ðíî. Íàéíèæ÷³ ïîêàçíèêè çðîñòó ³ ìàñè ò³ëà ä³òåé ñïîñòåð³ãàëèñÿ ç 1992 ð. äî 1996 ð., íàéâèù³ – ó 2014-2015 ðð. Ñó÷àñí³ ä³òè âèù³ ³ ìàþòü á³ëüøó ìàñó ò³ëà, í³æ ¿õí³ îäíîë³òêè 19-49 ðîê³â òîìó. Ç-ïîì³æ îáñòåæåíèõ øêîëÿð³â ³ øêîëÿðîê ñåðåäíüîãî øê³ëüíîãî â³êó (2018-2020 ðð.) âèÿâëåíî 74,5% ³ 77,3% ñåðåäíüîãî çðîñòó â³äïîâ³äíî, ç ãàðìîí³éíèì ðîçâèòêîì – 53,7% øêîëÿð³â òà 58,5% øêîëÿðîê 11-ð³÷íîãî â³êó, 12-ð³÷íîãî â³êó – 60,5% ³ 56,3% â³äïîâ³äíî, ó 14-ð³÷íèõ – ÷àñòêà ç ãàðìîí³éíèì ðîçâèòêîì ñòàíîâèëà 79,3%. Íàäëèøîê ìàñè ò³ëà ìàëè 16,5% õëîï÷èê³â òà 15,4% ä³â÷àòîê â³êîì 11 ðîê³â, 11,4% ³ 16,9% â³äïîâ³äíî â³êîì 12 ðîê³â, 19,6% øêîëÿð³â òà 16,0% øêîëÿðîê 14-ð³÷íîãî â³êó. Äèñãàðìîí³éíèé ô³çè÷íèé ðîçâèòîê øêîëÿð³â çóìîâëåíèé íàäëèøêîì ÷è äåô³öèòîì ìàñè ò³ëà ² ³ ²² ñòóïåí³â, çá³ëüøåííÿì ÷è çìåíøåííÿì îáâîäó ãðóäíî¿ êë³òêè ² ³ ²² ñòóïåí³â òà ¿õí³ìè êîìá³íàö³ÿìè. Äèíàì³êà ô³çè÷íîãî ðîçâèòêó øêîëÿð³â ³ øêîëÿðîê õàðàêòåðèçóºòüñÿ ïðîöåñàìè àêñåëåðàö³¿ – ïðîñòåæåíî ÷³òêó çàêîíîì³ðí³ñòü çá³ëüøåííÿ çðîñòó ³ ìàñè ò³ëà ä³òåé â³ä 1996 ð. äî 2020 ð. Âèÿâëåíî òåðèòîð³àëüí³ îñîáëèâîñò³ ô³çè÷íîãî ðîçâèòêó. Îïðàöüîâàí³ ðåã³îíàëüí³ øêàëè ðåãðåñ³¿ çà çðîñòîì.
Âèñíîâêè. Á³ëüøà ÷àñòêà îáñòåæåíèõ ä³òåé ³ ï³äë³òê³â ìຠãàðìîí³éíèé ô³çè÷íèé ðîçâèòîê. Íà ñó÷àñíîìó åòàï³ âèÿâëåíî ïðîöåñè àêñåëåðàö³¿ ô³çè÷íîãî ðîçâèòêó. Äëÿ îö³íêè ô³çè÷íîãî ðîçâèòêó äîøê³ëüíèê³â ³ äîøê³ëüíèöü, øêîëÿð³â ³ øêîëÿðîê ìîëîäøîãî ³ ñåðåäíüîãî øê³ëüíîãî â³êó îïðàöüîâàí³ ðåã³îíàëüí³ øêàëè ðåãðåñ³¿ çà çðîñòîì.
