ÀÍÎÒÀÖ²ß:
Ìåòîþ ðîáîòè áóëî âèâ÷åííÿ òà àíàë³ç òåíäåíö³é ðîçâèòêó ñåðöåâî-ñóäèííèõ çàõâîðþâàíü (ÑÇÇ) â Óêðà¿í³ òà â ðîçð³ç³ ðåã³îí³â òà ïîøóê çâ’ÿçê³â ç³ ñòàíîì àòìîñôåðíîãî çàáðóäíåííÿ.
Îá’ºêò ³ ìåòîäè äîñë³äæåííÿ. Ìåäèêî-ñòàòèñòè÷íèé àíàë³ç ïîêàçíèê³â ïåðâèííî¿ çàõâîðþâàíîñò³ ÑÇÇ çà ïåð³îä 1990-2017 ðð. òà ñóìàðíèõ ð³÷íèõ âèêèä³â â àòìîñôåðíå ïîâ³òðÿ â³ä ñòàö³îíàðíèõ äæåðåë çàáðóäíåííÿ. Àíàë³ç çä³éñíåíèé ³ç âèêîðèñòàííÿì àáñîëþòíèõ, ³íòåíñèâíèõ (ð³âí³â íà 100 000 íàñåëåííÿ) òà åêñòåíñèâíèõ âåëè÷èí; çàñòîñîâóâàëèñü: ì³í³ìàëüíå, ìàêñèìàëüíå òåðèòîð³àëüíå çíà÷åííÿ, ìåä³àíà, àìïë³òóäà ðÿäó ðåã³îíàëüíîãî ðîçïîä³ëó ïîêàçíèê³â, ïåðøèé ³ òðåò³é êâàðòèëü, ³íòåðâàë â³ðîã³äíîñò³ 95%, ðàíãîâèé îäíîôàêòîðíèé àíàë³ç Êðóñêàëà-Óîëë³ñà, ïîð³âíÿííÿ ç ãðóïîþ êîíòðîëþ ³ç çàñòîñóâàííÿì êðèòåð³þ Äàííà, ìåòîäè êîðåëÿö³éíîãî òà ðåãðåñ³éíîãî àíàë³çó.
Ðåçóëüòàòè äîñë³äæåííÿ òà ¿õ îáãîâîðåííÿ. Âïðîäîâæ îñòàííüîãî äåñÿòèë³òòÿ ñåðöåâî-ñóäèíí³ çàõâîðþâàííÿ ïîñ³äàþòü ïåðøå ì³ñöå çà ê³ëüê³ñòþ çàðåºñòðîâàíèõ âèïàäê³â, ê³ëüê³ñòþ çâåðíåíü çà ìåäè÷íîþ äîïîìîãîþ òà ïðè÷èíîþ ñìåðò³ íàñåëåííÿ Óêðà¿íè. Äèíàì³êà ê³ëüêîñò³ âïåðøå âèÿâëåíèõ çàõâîðþâàíü ñèñòåìè êðîâîîá³ãó â Óêðà¿í³ çàëèøàºòüñÿ íà ïîð³âíÿíî âèñîêîìó ð³âí³ ï³ñëÿ ñòð³ìêîãî çðîñòàííÿ ïî÷èíàþ÷è ç 1990-õ ðîê³â äî 2010. Ç 2013 ðîêó ðåºñòðóºòüñÿ òåíäåíö³ÿ äî çíèæåííÿ ê³ëüêîñò³ òàêèõ âèïàäê³â íà 100000 íàñåëåííÿ. Çàãàëüí³ ïîêàçíèêè çàáðóäíåííÿ àòìîñôåðè â³ä ñòàö³îíàðíèõ äæåðåë â Óêðà¿í³ íà çàãàë â³äîáðàæàþòü ñïðèÿòëèâó òåíäåíö³þ äî çíèæåííÿ âïðîäîâæ îñòàíí³õ ðîê³â. Ïîð³âíÿííÿ ïîêàçíèê³â äèíàì³êè çàõâîðþâàíîñò³ òà çì³íè ïîêàçíèê³â çàáðóäíåííÿ àòìîñôåðíîãî ïîâ³òðÿ â Óêðà¿í³ òà ïî ðåã³îíàõ âèÿâëÿº òåíäåíö³þ äî îäíîíàïðàâëåíèõ çì³í ç ð³çíèöåþ â ÷àñ³ ó äåê³ëüêà ðîê³â (3-5 ðîê³â).  ðàìêàõ äàíîãî äîñë³äæåííÿ íå âäàëîñÿ âñòàíîâèòè äîñòîâ³ðíèõ çâ’ÿçê³â ì³æ çàãàëüíîóêðà¿íñüêèìè òà ðåã³îíàëüíèìè ïîêàçíèêàìè çàõâîðþâàíîñò³ ÕÑÊ òà çàáðóäíåííÿì àòìîñôåðíîãî ïîâ³òðÿ ðåã³îí³â.
Âèñíîâêè. Ñôîðìóëüîâàí³ îñíîâí³ ïðîáëåìè ìåòîäè÷íèõ ñêëàäíîù³â îðãàí³çàö³¿ åï³äåì³îëîã³÷íîãî äîñë³äæåííÿ âïëèâó àòìîñôåðíîãî çàáðóäíåííÿ íà ðîçâèòîê ñåðöåâî-ñóäèííèõ çàõâîðþâàíü â Óêðà¿í³, ùî º ï³ä´ðóíòÿì äëÿ ïîäàëüøèõ äîñë³äæåíü.
