Ìåòà ðîáîòè. Ïðîàíàë³çóâàòè ðåçóëüòàòè åôåêòèâíîñò³ çàïðîâàäæåííÿ íàâ÷àííÿ ë³êàð³â íà òðåòüîìó îñâ³òíüîìó ð³âí³ â ÄÓ «²íñòèòóò ãðîìàäñüêîãî çäîðîâ’ÿ ³ìåí³ Î.Ì. Ìàð纺âà ÍÀÌÍ Óêðà¿íè» ÿê åëåìåíòà áåçïåðåðâíîãî ïðîôåñ³éíîãî ðîçâèòêó.
Ìàòåð³àë òà ìåòîäè. Á³áë³îñåìàíòè÷íèé ìåòîä, ñèñòåìíèé àíàë³ç, àíàë³ç âëàñíîãî äîñâ³äó.
Ðåçóëüòàòè. Ïèòàííÿ áåçïåðåðâíîãî ïðîôåñ³éíîãî ðîçâèòêó ³ñíóº ó âñüîìó ñâ³ò³ òà âèìàãຠïåðø çà âñå ïîøóêó øëÿõ³â êðàùîãî âèçíàííÿ âèñîêî¿ ÿêîñò³ òà ³ííîâàö³éíîãî âèêëàäàííÿ, ùî º îäíèì ³ç íàïðÿì³â ñïðèÿííÿ âèñîêîÿê³ñí³é îñâ³ò³.
Âèñíîâêè. Ïðîôåñ³éíà ï³äãîòîâëåí³ñòü ³ êîìïåòåíòí³ñòü ïåðñîíàëó îõîðîíè çäîðîâ’ÿ, åôåêòèâíà îö³íêà ïðîäóêòèâíîñò³ òà ÿêîñò³ áåçïåðåðâíî¿ ìåäè÷íî¿ îñâ³òè º îñîáëèâî âàæëèâèìè â ñèñòåì³ îõîðîíè çäîðîâ’ÿ Óêðà¿íè äëÿ äîñÿãíåííÿ ö³ëåé ñòàëîãî ðîçâèòêó, âèçíà÷åíèõ Âñåñâ³òíüîþ îðãàí³çàö³ºþ îõîðîíè çäîðîâ’ÿ ç ìåòîþ êðàùîãî ðåàãóâàííÿ íà ïîòðåáè ëþäåé ó ñôåð³ îõîðîíè çäîðîâ’ÿ, ç óðàõóâàííÿì îñîáëèâèõ ïîòðåá êðà¿íè.
Ïðîâåäåíî àíàë³ç ìîæëèâîñò³ çäîáóâà÷³â âèùî¿ îñâ³òè òðåòüîãî îñâ³òíüîãî ð³âíÿ â ÄÓ «²íñòèòóò ãðîìàäñüêîãî çäîðîâ’ÿ ³ìåí³ Î.Ì. Ìàð纺âà ÍÀÌÍ Óêðà¿íè» áóòè çàëó÷åíèìè äî ïðîöåñó áåçïåðåðâíîãî ïðîôåñ³éíîãî ðîçâèòêó òà îö³íåíî åôåêòèâí³ñòü òà ïåðñïåêòèâè òàêî¿ ä³ÿëüíîñò³. Âèçíà÷åíî îñîáëèâîñò³ òà ìîæëèâîñò³ çàëó÷åííÿ àñï³ðàíò³â äî ó÷àñò³ ó íàóêîâèõ ôîðóìàõ ÿê äåðæàâíîãî, òàê ³ ì³æíàðîäíîãî ð³âíÿ, ìîæëèâîñò³ ïóáë³êàö³é, ñòàæóâàííÿ òîùî. Ïðîâåäåíèé àíàë³ç ñâ³ä÷èòü ïðî ÿê³ñòü òà øèðîêèé ñïåêòð ìîæëèâîñòåé äëÿ çäîáóâà÷³â òðåòüîãî îñâ³òíüîãî ð³âíÿ, ùî äîçâîëÿº ââàæàòè íàâ÷àííÿ â àñï³ðàíòóð³ ÿê âàæëèâèé åëåìåíò áåçïåðåðâíîãî ïðîôåñ³éíîãî ðîçâèòêó, à öå, â ñâîþ ÷åðãó, íàäຠàñï³ðàíòàì áóòè êîíêóðåíòîñïðîìîæíèìè òà íåîáõ³äíèìè íà ðèíêó ïðàö³ Óêðà¿íè.
