ÀÍÎÒÀÖ²ß:
Ìåòà. Äîñë³äæåííÿ îñîáëèâîñòåé âïëèâó åëåêòðîìàãí³òíîãî âèïðîì³íþâàííÿ òà åíäîãåííèõ í³òðîçàì³í³â (êîìá³íàö³ÿ òåòðàöèêë³íó ç í³òðàòîì íàòð³þ) íà á³îõ³ì³÷í³ ïîêàçíèêè êðîâ³ ï³ääîñë³äíèõ ùóð³â.
Îá’ºêò ³ ìåòîäè äîñë³äæåííÿ. Ñïîëó÷åíà ä³ÿ åëåêòðîìàãí³òíîãî âèïðîì³íþâàííÿ òà êîìá³íàö³¿ òåòðàöèêë³íó ç í³òðàòîì íàòð³þ íà á³îõ³ì³÷í³ ïîêàçíèêè êðîâ³.
Ðåçóëüòàòè äîñë³äæåííÿ òà ¿õ îáãîâîðåííÿ.  ðåçóëüòàò³ õðîí³÷íîãî åêñïåðèìåíòó îòðèìàí³ ðåçóëüòàòè ïîêàçàëè, ùî âïëèâ äîñë³äæóâàíèõ ôàêòîð³â íà îðãàí³çì ï³ääîñë³äíèõ òâàðèí ìîæå âèêëèêàòè ïîðóøåííÿ ïîêàçíèê³â ìåòàáîë³÷íèõ ïðîöåñ³â. Òàêà òåíäåíö³ÿ äî äèñáàëàíñó ïîêàçíèê³â ìîæå áóòè ñâîºð³äíèì ³íäèêàòîðîì ìåòàáîë³÷íèõ êîìïåíñàòîðíèõ ïåðåáóäîâ â îðãàí³çì³ ï³ä âïëèâîì åëåêòðîìàãí³òíîãî âèïðîì³íþâàííÿ òà õ³ì³÷íèõ ðå÷îâèí â çàëåæíîñò³ â³ä òåðì³íó 䳿. Íàÿâí³ñòü ÷àñîâî¿ çàëåæíîñò³ ñïîñòåð³ãàëîñÿ ïðè ³çîëüîâàí³é 䳿 ôàêòîð³â, àëå íàéâèðàçí³ø³ çì³íè á³îõ³ì³÷íèõ ïîêàçíèê³â ñïîñòåð³ãàëèñü çà óìîâ ñóì³ñíî¿ ä³¿ ôàêòîð³â, ùî ìîæå ìàòè çíà÷åííÿ äëÿ ïðîãíîçó øê³äëèâîñò³ äîâãîñòðîêîâîãî âïëèâó äîñë³äæóâàíèõ ðå÷îâèí íà ôóíêö³îíàëüíèé ñòàí.
Âèñíîâêè. Á³îõ³ì³÷í³ äîñë³äæåííÿ âèÿâèëè ôóíêö³îíàëüí³ çì³íè ìåòàáîë³÷íèõ ñèñòåì ãîìåîñòàçó. Âñòàíîâëåíî, ùî õàðàêòåð ³ âèðàæåí³ñòü åôåêò³â çàëåæàëè â³ä ä³þ÷èõ ôàêòîð³â òà êîìá³íàö³¿ öèõ ôàêòîð³â. Òàêîæ âàæëèâå çíà÷åííÿ â äàíîìó åêñïåðèìåíò³ â³ä³ãðຠ÷àñ 䳿 ôàêòîðó, îñê³ëüêè íàéâèðàçí³ø³ òà íàéñóòòºâ³ø³ çì³íè äîñë³äæåíèõ ïîêàçíèê³â ïðîÿâèëèñü ëèøå ï³ñëÿ 120 äîáè (4 ì³ñÿö³) âïëèâó.
