ÀÍÎÒÀÖ²ß:
Ìåòà. Ðîçðîáêà êîìïëåêñíèõ çàõîä³â ³íäèâ³äóàëüíî¿ ïðîô³ëàêòèêè ðîçâèòêó äèñåëåìåíòîç³â ó íàñåëåííÿ åêîëîã³÷íî êðèçîâî¿ òåðèòîð³¿.
Ðåçóëüòàòè äîñë³äæåííÿ òà ¿õ îáãîâîðåííÿ.  ñòàòò³ ïðåäñòàâëåíà ðîçðîáëåíà ñèñòåìà ïðîô³ëàêòè÷íèõ çàõîä³â ç ïîïåðåäæåííÿ ðîçâèòêó äèñåëåìåíòîç³â ó íàñåëåííÿ òåõíîãåííî çàáðóäíåíèõ òåðèòîð³é. Ìåòîäîëîã³÷íèé ï³äõ³ä ïðîïîíóºìî¿ ñèñòåìè áàçóºòüñÿ íà êîìïëåêñíîìó ïîºäíàíí³ îñíîâíèõ íàïðÿìê³â çàãàëüíî¿ òà ³íäèâ³äóàëüíî¿ ïðîô³ëàêòèêè, ñåðåä ÿêèõ ãîëîâíó óâàãó ïðèä³ëåíî ìåäèêî-á³îëîã³÷íèì çàõîäàì, òîáòî âòîðèíí³é ïðîô³ëàêòèö³. Òàêèé ï³äõ³ä ïåðåäáà÷ຠïîåòàïíó ñèñòåìó ç âèÿâëåííÿ çì³í åëåìåíòíîãî ñòàòóñó ó ëþäèíè, äîíîçîëîã³÷íèõ çðóøåíü â îðãàí³çì³, ç íàñòóïíîþ êîðåêö³ºþ ì³êðî- òà ìàêðîåëåìåíòíîãî ñòàòóñó øëÿõîì ï³äáîðó â³äïîâ³äíèõ õàð÷îâèõ ïðîäóêò³â òà 䳺òè, çàñòîñóâàííÿ åíòåðîñîð-áåíò³â íà îñíîâ³ ïåêòèí³â, 䳺òè÷íèõ ³ ë³êàðñüêèõ ïðåïàðàò³â, àëå ç óðàõóâàííÿì àíàìíåçó, êë³í³÷íèõ ïðîòèïîêàçàíü, íà îñíîâ³ á³îìîí³òîðèíãó ³ ï³ä ïîñò³éíèì êîíòðîëåì ë³êàðÿ.
Âèñíîâêè. Íàéá³ëüø îïòèìàëüíèì ³ áåçïå÷íèì º êîðåêö³ÿ õàð÷óâàííÿ øëÿõîì ï³äáîðó â³äïîâ³äíèõ õàð÷îâèõ ïðîäóêò³â. Çàñòîñóâàííÿ çàñîá³â ³íäèâ³äóàëüíî¿ á³îïðîô³ëàêòèêè – åíòåðîñîðáåíò³â íà îñíîâ³ ïåêòèí³â ðåêîìåíäóþòüñÿ íàéá³ëüøîþ ì³ðîþ, îñê³ëüêè âîíè çâ´ÿçóþòü òà åë³ì³íóþòü êñåíîá³îòèêè ³ç îðãàí³çìó, äîáðå ïåðåíîñÿòüñÿ, íå ìàþòü ïðîòèïîêàçàíü ³ ìàþòü âèñîêó êë³í³êî-ã³ã³ºí³÷íó åôåêòèâí³ñòü. Ïðè âèðàæåíîìó äåô³öèò³ ì³íîðíèõ ðå÷îâèí â õàð÷óâàíí³ ñë³ä çàñòîñîâóâàòè 䳺òè÷í³ ïðåïàðàòè ³ íàâ³òü ë³êàðñüê³ ïðåïàðàòè. Ïðè öüîìó âèá³ð äëÿ êîæíî¿ ëþäèíè ïîâèíåí ïðîâîäèòèñü ç óðàõóâàííÿì àíàìíåçó, êë³-í³÷íèõ ïðîòèïîêàçàíü, íà îñíîâ³ á³îìîí³òîðèíãó, ï³ä ïîñò³éíèì êîíòðîëåì ë³êàðÿ.
