ÀÍÎÒÀÖ²ß:
Ìåòà äîñë³äæåíü: ïðîâåñòè àíàë³ç îðãàí³çàö³¿ øê³ëüíîãî õàð÷óâàííÿ â ð³çíèõ êðà¿íàõ äëÿ âïðîâàäæåííÿ ì³æíàðîäíîãî äîñâ³äó â ñèñòåìó îðãàí³çàö³¿ õàð÷óâàííÿ ä³òåé â çàãàëüíîî-ñâ³òí³õ íàâ÷àëüíèõ çàêëàäàõ Óêðà¿íè.
Ìàòåð³àëè ³ ìåòîäè äîñë³äæåííÿ. Áóëè âèêîðèñòàí³ ³íôîðìàö³éí³ ìåòîäè. Ïðè ðî-áîò³ ç äæåðåëàìè ³íôîðìàö³¿ ïðîàíàë³çîâàíî îñîáëèâîñò³ çàáåçïå÷åííÿ øê³ëüíîãî õàð÷óâàííÿ ä³òüìè øê³ëüíîãî â³êó â äåÿêèõ êðà¿íàõ.
Ðåçóëüòàòè òà ¿õ îáãîâîðåííÿ.  ºâðîïåéñüêèõ êðà¿íàõ ïðîòÿãîì áàãàòüîõ ðîê³â çä³éñíþþòüñÿ ïðîãðàìè çì³öíåííÿ çäîðîâ'ÿ ³ ïîë³ïøåííÿ õàð÷óâàííÿ â øêîëàõ, â òîìó ÷èñë³, ïðîãðàìè øê³ëüíîãî õàð÷óâàííÿ.  ðîáîò³ ïðîàíàë³çîâàíî ì³æíàðîäíèé äîñâ³ä îðãàí³çàö³¿ øê³ëüíîãî õàð÷óâàííÿ, îñíîâí³ ï³äõîäè òà îñîáëèâîñò³ çàáåçïå÷åííÿ õàð÷óâàííÿì ä³òåé â çà-ãàëüíîîñâ³òí³õ íàâ÷àëüíèõ çàêëàäàõ â ð³çíèõ êðà¿íàõ.
Âèñíîâêè. Ïîêàçàíà íåîáõ³äí³ñòü âäîñêîíàëåííÿ ñèñòåìè îðãàí³çàö³¿ øê³ëüíîãî õàð-÷óâàííÿ â Óêðà¿í³ ç óðàõóâàííÿì ì³æíàðîäíîãî äîñâ³äó. Âèçíà÷åíî îñîáëèâîñò³ îðãàí³çàö³¿ øê³ëüíîãî õàð÷óâàííÿ â çàðóá³æíèõ êðà¿íàõ, ÿê³ äîö³ëüíî âïðîâàäèòè â õàð÷óâàííÿ øêîëÿð³â Óêðà¿íè, çîêðåìà çàáåçïå÷åííÿ äîñòóïíîñò³ øê³ëüíîãî õàð÷óâàííÿ äëÿ ä³òåé ñîö³àëüíî íåçà-õèùåíèõ âåðñòâ íàñåëåííÿ, âèêëþ÷åííÿ ç ðàö³îíó öóêðîâì³ñíèõ íàïî¿â, îáìåæåííÿ ñïîæèâàííÿ ðàô³íîâàíèõ æèð³â òà âóãëåâîä³â, âêëþ÷åííÿ á³ëüøî¿ ê³ëüêîñò³ ôðóêò³â, îâî÷³â, ìîëîêà ³ âîäè, íàäàííÿ ä³òÿì ìîæëèâîñò³ âèáîðó îêðåìèõ ñòðàâ, íå âèêëþ÷àþ÷è êîíòðîëþ äîðîñëèõ, âïðîâàäæåííÿ â îñâ³òí³é ïðîñò³ð øêîëè íîâèõ ìåòîäèê íàâ÷àííÿ íàâèêàì çäîðîâîãî õàð÷ó-âàííÿ.
