ÀÍÎÒÀÖ²ß:
Ìåòà. Ìåòîþ áóëî ïðîâåñòè êîìïëåêñíó ã³ã³ºí³÷íó îö³íêó ÿêîñò³ ïèòíî¿ âîäè ôàñî-âàíî¿, ç ïóíêò³â ðîçëèâó êîìåðö³éíîãî ïðèçíà÷åííÿ òà áþâåò³â ì. Êèºâà ó ñó÷àñíèõ óìîâàõ çã³äíî ç âèìîãàìè óêðà¿íñüêîãî òà ºâðîïåéñüêîãî çàêîíîäàâñòâà.
Îá’ºêò ³ ìåòîäè. Ïðîàíàë³çîâàíî òåõí³÷í³ óìîâè òà òåõíîëîã³÷í³ ³íñòðóêö³¿ ç âèðîá-íèöòâà äîñë³äæåíèõ ïèòíèõ âîä ôàñîâàíèõ òà ç ïóíêò³â ðîçëèâó, à òàêîæ ìàòåð³àëè ùîäî ÿêîñò³ ð³çíèõ âèä³â âîä: çà äàíèìè ÑÂÊÏ «ÊȯÂÂÎÄÔÎÍÄ» (140 ïðîá âîäè ç áþâåò³â ì. Êè-ºâà); çà äàíèìè âëàñíèõ äîñë³äæåíü: ç áþâåò³â (56 ïðîá); ôàñîâàíèõ òà ç ïóíêò³â ðîçëèâó (2001-2007 ð. – 176 ïðîá; 2013-2017 ðð. – 129 ïðîá). Äîñë³äæóâàëè äî 40 ñàí³òàðíî-õ³ì³÷íèõ ïîêàçíèê³â ÿêîñò³ ïèòíî¿ âîäè çã³äíî ç ÄÑàíÏ³Í 2.2.4-171-10 «Ã³ã³ºí³÷í³ âèìîãè äî âîäè ïèò-íî¿, ïðèçíà÷åíî¿ äëÿ ñïîæèâàííÿ ëþäèíîþ». Ïðè ïðîâåäåíí³ äîñë³äæåíü âèêîðèñòàí³ ìåòî-äè: càí³òàðíî-õ³ì³÷í³, åêñïåðòíî¿ îö³íêè, ã³ã³ºí³÷íîãî ìîí³òîðèíãó.
Ðåçóëüòàòè ³ âèñíîâêè. Ç-ïîì³æ äîñë³äæåíèõ âîä 140 áþâåò³â ì. Êèºâà 48% íå â³ä-ïîâ³äàëè ã³ã³ºí³÷íèì âèìîãàì çà ñàí³òàðíî-õ³ì³÷íèìè ïîêàçíèêàìè. Íà ï³äñòàâ³ âèâ÷åííÿ êîíñòðóêö³éíèõ òà åêñïëóàòàö³éíèõ îñîáëèâîñòåé âèêîðèñòàííÿ áþâåò³â ó ì. Êèºâ³, à òà-êîæ ïðîáëåìíèõ ïîêàçíèê³â ÿêîñò³ ¿õ âîä âèÿâëåíî íàÿâí³ñòü ïîòåíö³éíîãî ðèçèêó çàáðóä-íåííÿ áþâåòíî¿ âîäè çà ïîêàçíèêàìè åï³äåì³÷íî¿ áåçïåêè, ùî º ï³äñòàâîþ ðåêîìåíäóâàòè íà-ñåëåííþ ñïîæèâàòè áþâåòíó âîäó ï³ñëÿ êèï’ÿò³ííÿ. Âèÿâëåíî, ùî 57% ïðîá ïèòíèõ âîä ç ïó-íêò³â ðîçëèâó êîìåðö³éíîãî ïðèçíà÷åííÿ òà ôàñîâàíèõ ï³ñëÿ áåçïîñåðåäíüîãî âñòàíîâëåííÿ îáëàäíàííÿ àáî ¿õ òðèâàëîãî âèðîáíèöòâà íå â³äïîâ³äàëè ã³ã³ºí³÷íèì âèìîãàì. Êîæíà äðóãà ïðîáà ïèòíî¿ âîäè ï³ñëÿ äîäàòêîâîãî î÷èùåííÿ âîäîïðîâ³äíî¿ ïèòíî¿ âîäè, íàñàìïåðåä, ïî-âåðõíåâèõ äæåðåë ïèòíîãî âîäîïîñòà÷àííÿ, íå â³äïîâ³äàëà ã³ã³ºí³÷íèì âèìîãàì ùîäî âì³ñòó òðèãàëîãåíìåòàí³â. Äî íåâ³äïîâ³äíî¿ ÿêîñò³ ïèòíî¿ âîäè ïðèâîäå â³äñóòí³ñòü ïðîôåñ³éíîãî ï³äáîðó âîäîî÷èñíîãî îáëàäíàííÿ (ïîðóøåííÿ ÷èííèõ íîðìàòèâíèõ âèìîã ùîäî ïðîâåäåííÿ ïîïåðåäí³õ ëàáîðàòîðíèõ äîñë³äæåíü âèõ³äíî¿ âîäè, âèáîðó ðàö³îíàëüíî¿ ñõåìè, òåõíîëî㳿 âîäîï³äãîòîâêè) òà äåðæàíîãî íàãëÿäó çà ¿õ ÿê³ñòþ.
