SUMMÀRY:
Introduction and search of new chemical materials (polymeric synthetic materials, (PSM) and preparations of domestic chemistry (PDCh) in life of society began 100 more than later from receipt of phenolformaldehyde resin and aminoetyltrialkilamonic salt and not completed and until now. Next to valuable operating properties these materials carry a potential danger to the health to the population, that can show up as allergies, decline of immunity and other unfavorable displays. In this connection these materials became object of researches, by scientific society, as a "hygiene of polymers and preparations of domestic chemistry".
The purpose of the work: to analyze the results of scientific research in the field of "hygiene of polymers and household chemicals" since the establishment of the chemical materials safety laboratory of the SI "O.M. Marzieiev Institute for Public Health of the NAMS of Ukraine".
Results. Investigational features of chemical contamination of accommodation and reasonable factors that influence on his forming (saturation by polymeric materials, parameters of microclimate).
It is set on results the study of toxicness kinetics of compounds, that the chronic poisoning of organism during fires is conditioned by the protracted delay of their leadingout from an organism and violation of metabolism of oxygen.
It is set on results to the biomonitoring of metals, that concentration in biological materials of metals of "toxic group" (lead and nickel) with growth of age of people 50 to carries intensive character of accumulation to, and the concentration of metals of "åsencealic group" (copper, zinc, cobalt, chrome and manganese) goes down.
The methods of determination of volatile compounds migrant from new materials and kinetic model of prognostication of their levels in air of apartments are worked out.
KEYWORDS:
Polymeric materials, detergents, chemical factors of burning of polymers, biological monitoring of metals.
