SUMMÀRY:
This artical presents the immune response to the isolated and combined effects of sodium ni-trite and tetracycline in a long time.
The goal was to establish a dose-temporal regularities of synthesis of endogenous nitrosa-mines due to the impact of different doses of their predecessors, and clarify the features of the immune system to respond to their actions.
Research methods. We used the following methods: determination of leukocytes in peripheral blood and their quality by microscopy of blood smears, determining the number of T-and B-lymphocytes, phagocytosis reaction, reaction basophil degranulation of peripheral blood (Shelley), macrophage spreading inhibition test, reaction precipitation of circulating immune complexes with a solution of polyethylene glycol 6000.
To test performance as the donors of blood serum (complement), red blood cells, macrophag-es, granulocytes were used basophilic mice, guinea pigs, rabbits and sheep.
The calculation and analysis of the data were performed using standard methods of statistical analysis of the results of biomedical research. Results. The features of the immunological effects de-pending on the dose and duration of xenobiotics.
These data indicate the presence of features of immune response to the isolated and combined effects of the studied compounds. Found that the combined effect of sodium nitrite and tetracycline (precursor of endogenous nitrosamines) in all studied doses, causes a wide range of changes in the immune system. Extension of exposure for 3-14 months of the precursors of nitrosamines resulted in a wider range of changes in the immune system, compared with the influence of xenobiotics in one month.
In this case, the violations in the immune system were most pronounced in the experimental rats exposed to the combined action of the maximum dose of sodium nitrite (20 mg/rat) and tetracy-cline (4 mg/rat). Slabopozitivnaya sensitization and autoserotherapy accumulation of circulating im-mune complexes medium size observed against the background of leukopenia, lymphopenia, suppres-sion of T- and B-cell immunity, phagocytic activity of neutrophils, and the development of delayed-type hypersensitivity.
