In recent years there has been a significant increase in the pollution of surface water bodies and underground water by pathogens of enteric infections of bacterial and viral nature. Measures to prevent penetration of pathogenic agents of enteric infections in sewage of cities and towns should be directed to the cleaning and disinfection of wastewater infectious institutions. The flow chart of cleaning and disinfection of waste water TB dispensaries and infectious hospitals, which includes: the tank-neutralizer, annihilator of helminthes, two modules of a complete biological treatment, control unit supply wastewater mechanical treatment (sieve-container), the aeration tank with three-block load-ing, Dodge wastewater filter effluent disinfection with sodium hypochlorite tank conditionally clean water, filter purification, installation of ultraviolet (UV system “Dulcodes”). The proposed technolo-gy should provide effective cleaning and reliable disinfection.
