SUMMÀRY:
The dynamics of single and joint action of nitrates, nitrites and lead in doses of 1/10 LD50 and 1/100 LD50 on ÒLI (total-limited index) and behavioral reactions of white rats in under-acute experiment were studied.
The changes in behavioural reactions (latency period, vertical and horizontal activity) have an unidirectional character in single action of all components and their joint action, – in particular activity is suppressed by 2-4 times, depending on the substance, dose, and observation days. The mink reflex in animals has reduced under the influence of a binary mixture at 1 /10 LD50 and under the influence of the lead and the ternary mixture regardless of the dose.
