SUMMÀRY:
The article considers the law of ecosystem self-regulation in the development of regions as ecological and urban systems. It is established that in the framework of this law, the stabilization of the population is determined by factors governing the stability of the ecosystem. Taking into account the wave nature of the evolution of such systems in the study were obtained ecological-demographic territorial forecast of development of Ukraine and its regions.
