SUMMÀRY:
Examined the extent to which individual variability due to genetic variability and the extent to which the environment is complicated by inter-racial, inter-ethnic and inter-population differences in the qualitative and quantitative composition of DNA polymorphism. Studied the role of hereditary components in glaucoma, was calculated its heredity. It is shown that genetic-demographic characteristics population, affect the magnitude of the coefficients of inheritance and the incidence of glaucoma. Our results suggest that when the multifactorial glaucoma, in her appearance may play the role of a "master" gene.
The perspective is to further study heterozygosity of the effect on the chance of a multifactorial pathology and coefficients of her inheritance as indicator of the contribution of heredity and environmental factors.
