HYGIENIC CHARACTERISTICS OF ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION, WHICH CREATES A WI-FI DEVICE AND PREVENTIVE REQUIREMENTS FOR THEIR USE IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS

SUMMÀRY:
The object of study: portable computer technology, Wi-Fi routers, classrooms, the impact of Wi-Fi radiation in experimental animals (white rats).
Objective: scientific basis of measures to protect the health of students and teachers from the effects of electromagnetic radiation, which is to create a device Wi-Fi.
Research methods; hygiene, physical and mathematical, radio physical, biological, and sta-tistical.
The basic patterns of distribution in the environment the level of electromagnetic radiation from various types of computers with installed devices Wi-Fi. It was found that examined the comput-ers creates the electromagnetic field of ultrahigh frequency (2400 MHz), the level of which the stu-dents in the workplace is 0.2-3 V/m and does not exceed the state hygienic standard - 2.5 µW/cm2.
Wi-Fi routers that are used in the educational process, create electromagnetic radiation lev-els from 0.2 to 30 µW/cm2. The maximum level was observed at a distance of 0.1-0.3 m from the Wi-Fi router. The safety distance from the Wi-Fi router is determined by calculation based on the state hygienic standard.
Biological studies revealed no pronounced effect on the organism of experimental animals Wi-Fi radiation. Chance of Wi-Fi access radiation investigated indices (biochemical, hematological, behavioral) does not exceed 29%.
Based on the research (biological, physical, hygiene, mathematics) was established health standard on Wi-Fi radiation and preventive requirements for using Wi-Fi devices in schools.
