Until now, there is no single, harmonized with the international classification of determining the degree of hearing loss in individuals with a professional hearing loss, which significantly compli-cates the issues of prevention and disability examination of a large number of workers. Diagnostics and expert questions from people working in conditions of intense industrial noise caused by lack of a full physical examination and parallel monitoring of auditory function in the dynamics of working in a timely manner to take the necessary measures to limit the impact of noise and carry out further ex-amination. To improve the reliability of the findings of an association of the disease with the profes-sion of regulatory and procedural regulations establishing procedures for monitoring the noise expo-sure and estimation of professional hearing shall provide a system of interconnected documents.
