SUMMÀRY:
In this article we studied the effects of increasing the speed limit of road traffic flows on the risk of cardiovascular disease and subjective evaluation of the acoustic status of the population living in the surrounding areas. It is proved that increasing the speed limit of the motor traffic flows in the city from 60 to 80 km/h will lead to a deterioration of the acoustic situation of the territories of resi-dential development and increase the risk of cardiovascular disease and negative subjective evalua-tion of the population living in the surrounding areas.
