THE USE OF A COMPLEX INTEGRATED ASSESSMENT TO DETERMINE THE LEVEL OF SANITARY AND HYGIENIC WELL-BEING OF CHILD-YOUTH SPORTING SCHOOLS

SUMMÀRY:
Objective: to develop and validate a methodology of complex integrated assessment to deter-mine the level of sanitary and hygienic well-being of child-youth sporting schools.
Methods: sanitary and hygienic inspection, anthropometric, functional, mathematical, statistical.
Results: on the basis of expert estimation of indicators intraschool environment is developed and substantiated the methodology of complex integrated assessment of the sanitary and hygienic well-being of child-youth sporting schools, which aims at preserving the health of athletes and reduction of negative influence of factors of the training process. It is defined three levels of sanitary and hygienic well-being of child-youth sporting schools (low, medium and high).
According to the results of the developed technique found, that in school educational institu-tions sports profile, as Sumy and district centers of the region, dominated by the middle level of sani-tary and hygienic well-being (58.55±8.71% and 51.56±8.83%).
Established the greatest influence factors of the intraschool environment on indicators of mor-phological and functional state of the sportsmen, who are engaged in schools with middle and low levels of sanitary and hygienic well-being, in particular on the physical performance indicators (28.84%; F=15.94 and 32.41%; F=27.30) and adaptational possibilities of the organism of children (26.74%; F=21.29 and 34.57%; F=23.81) respectively.
