SUMMÀRY:
The aim of the work was to study the state of nonspecific resistance of animals under the influence of precursors of nitrosamines – sodium nitrite and tetracycline.
The expose shown that isolated entry of the sodium nitrite dose (20,100 mg/kg) leads to the development to reduce the number of the natural killer cells and increasing numbers of neutrophils only at the end of the 3rd month.
Combined effects of the sodium nitrate in dose (20, 50, 100 mg/kg) and tetracycline in dose (20 mg/kg) was causing a significant changes in the indices of nonspecific immunity in the early stages, and their range expanded by the end of the 3rd month. Besides reducing the number of the natural killer cells, were found an increasing in the number of neutrophils, including segmented, on the back-ground to decline their functional activity, development of delayed-type hypersensitivity.
