Spontaneous abortions frequency was higher in Kyiv oblast in comparison with Ukraine dur-ing 2002-2012; artificial abortions frequency was higher during last time also. Artificial abortions specific gravity decreased 1.42 times among women who born healthy carried child from 22.46% in 1999-2003 to 15.77% in 2002-2012. Artificial abortions specific gravity decreased 1.16 times among women who had spontaneous abortions from 41.75% in 1999-2003 to 34.72% in 2002-2012. That could be a result of abortions prophylaxis State measures. It was found out that artificial abortion in anamnesis increased spontaneous abortion probability 1,37 times (1.29-1.46) in 1999-2003 and 2.97 times (2.12-4.46) in 2009-2012 in Kyiv Oblast.
