HYGIENIC ASSESSMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE SETTLEMENT WITH THE LEADING DIRECTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE RECREATIONAL ZONE (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE VILLAGE OF HENICHESKA HIRKA, KHERSON REGION)

SUMMÀRY:
In the last decade, work on the development of master plans of Ukrainian cities has intensified significantly. To date, master plans have been created not only for most regional administrative centers and large industrial cities of the country, but also for rural settlements. The general plan of the village development embodies the vision of the community in solving the issues of infrastructure improvement, provision of housing, public services, recreation areas, arrangement of engineering networks of the whole territory of the settlement, etc. Development concepts include a wide range of elements, features and facilities for comprehensive improvement of living conditions in the village.
The urgency of the chosen topic is due to the need for development of rural settlements of Ukraine, the development of quality urban planning documentation, and as a consequence of the difficulty in addressing the issues of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population.
The purpose of the work is to conduct a sanitary-epidemiological assessment of the «Master Plan of the village of Henicheska Hirka with the development of a recreational zone (Kherson region, Henichesk district)» with the development of measures to address hygienic issues. According to the results of the sanitary-epidemiological assessment of the general plan of the village of Henicheska Hirka, Henichesk district, Kherson region, it is established that the designed decisions need to be finalized in terms of resolving the following issues: determining the possibility of reducing the sanitary protection zone for the cemetery; reclamation of quarries in recreational areas, which will help pre-serve the recreational resources of the village of Henicheska Hirka and develop the base of recreational services, improve the sanitary and ecological condition of the environment, create favorable living conditions for locals, recreation and health of contingents.
