SUMMÀRY:
Were analyze current normative legal documents and health planning legislation on ensuring sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population in the planning and building of settlements in the area of housing and public construction.
Was conducted the hygienic evaluation of proposals for a new edition of some sections of town planning regulations in this area, given by Ministry for Regional Development and Building of Ukraine by initiative of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine.
Sanitary recommendations on these issues were scientifically proved and developed.
