According to the results of expert assessment of the reconstruction project "Recreation Park" in Truskavets, the territory of the park for 30 years has decreased from 78 to 25 hectares, which is a violation of the state building regulations 360-92**. "Town planning. Planning and construction of urban and rural areas (2002) and State sanitary rules "Planning and construction of settlements on June 19, 1996" (Order of the Ministry of Health) concerning the conservation lands health and rec-reation and ban the construction and expansion of facilities at the expense of the parks. The aim of the work was to determine the ecological and hygienic proposals on the allocation of the territory of city park in the functional areas and landscape conservation, and in their composition characteristic correction estimates during the repair and restoration work, landscaping and engineering networks during reconstruction of the city park in Truskavets on the basis of the laws of Ukraine "On Envi-ronmental Protection", "On ensuring sanitary conditions" and other applicable building codes.
The objects of the study were the scheme of functional zoning of the city park in Truskavets and the project of repair and restoration work in the reconstruction of the park (the first stage of re-construction with local estimates), namely: "Brooks. The upper part of the park", "Wastewater upper and middle part of the park", "Paving roads and alleys of the park". "The path of health", "Recon-struction of the Boulevard Tarasevich", "Replacement of household sewage", "Replacing the storm sewer", "Gardening", "External lighting of the park".
Local estimates for the second stage include: "The device waterfall", "tiling Botanical hospital Beskidy", "External lighting Botanical hospital Beskidy", "Reconstruction of the retaining wall. Hygienic and ecological principle planning organization "Recreation Park" in Truskavets zoning is a rational allocation relative position areas: conservation, landscape and recreational, re-sort landscape and natural medicinal resources, variable and fixed recreation, economic, transport and pedestrian, household. In addition, the zone should be allocated specific to urban conditions and restrictions on the park all kinds of recreation, conservation park landscapes, eco-renovation of net-works, infrastructure, etc., which will create favorable conditions for strengthening health of tourists and residents.
