SUMMÀRY:
The article discusses the impact of planned and existing modern asphalt plants of various ca-pacities on air pollution and acoustic mode of neighborhood.
Analyzed sanitary-epidemiological assessment materials of construction projects and recon-struction of 30 asphalt plants with capacities from 3 to 720 thousand tons of asphalt per year.
Based on the pollutants surface concentrations data analysis contained in industrial emis-sions, and the results of field studies were identify the priority air pollutants and their dissemination range in the air in the neighborhood.
Substantiated the possibility of reducing the required sanitary protection zone for asphalt plants with the capacity of up to 150 ths. tons/year and to establish its size in 500 m.
