SUMMÀRY:
The aim of the work. The elaboration of the screening method for controlling solutions of cit-rates of zinc and magnesium (N-citrates) obtained by aquananotechnology for absence of nanoparti-cles.
The materials and research methods. For finding zinc and magnesium in solutions of N citrates were employed the titrimetric method (complexometric titration with the solution of Trilon B) and the method of stripping voltametry. The definition of pH for solutions of N-citrates of zinc and magnesium was performed on the laboratory pH-meter PHS-3D.
For employing the dependence of indices on actual factors the regressive analysis was used. The differences between samples, distributed by a common law, were assessed by the parametric cri-terion of Student (t).
The main part of mathematical processing, the construction of mathematical models, the defi-nition of their parameters and coefficients of compound efficiency were conducted on a PC with the help of standard statistical packages STATISTICA 10.0.
The research results. Studied and mathematically described the dependence of pH values for solutions of citrates of zinc and magnesium, obtained by nanotechnology, on excess (or lack) of cit-rate-ions. Established the boundary pH values for solutions of each metals: for zinc – pH 4.0; for magnesium – pH 4.8, which are an obligatory condition for controlling absence of nanoparticles in solutions. Proved that below these pH values there are no nanoparticles in solutions. This became the basic of the screening method of safety estimation for N-citrates by their pH values, which helped to modify the way of obtaining N-citrates.
