In the course of investigations on the basis of using the procedures of factor analysis identified patterns of interrelationship and interdependence between the characteristics of the health and per-formance of personal characteristics of students at various stages of higher education in medical higher educational institution, proving to be extremely stable and robust picture of the relationship between the study performance, and availability of the original “migratory” components of individu-al factors (“features of mechanisms of psychological defense”). It was found that the girls and youth in the leading characteristics of the level of health throughout the educational period the most signifi-cant impact is a factor that should be interpreted as a “features of social and psychological adapta-tion”, “features of level of burnout”, “features of aggressive manifestations identity”, “features of anxiety and character”, “features temperament and level of subjective control person”.
