SUBSTANTIATION OF THE SUITABILITY OF ZONES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE TERRITORIES ADJACENT TO THE AIRPORT UNDER CONDITIONS OF AVIATION NOISE

SUMMRY:
Objective. The aim of the study was to substantiate the suitability of the territories for residen-tial construction under conditions of acoustic impact.
Materials and methods. The documents of the WHO on the allowable noise levels, the ICAO documents on territorial zoning, regulatory documentation of Ukraine on allowable levels of aviation noise, sound insulation of the windows in ventilation mode were analyzed with the help of the method of acoustic calculations and analytical one.
Results. The calculations of the necessary sound insulation of the enclosure structure R'A tran. at the levels on the facade in accordance with the current SSR 173-96 and SSR No. 463-19 were carried out.
Conclusions. At the sound levels on the facades of the residential building by the requirements of SSR 173-96, the requirements for the permissible noise levels in the room with the windows in ven-tilation mode are not fulfilled. The construction of residential and public buildings for education and health care at such territories cannot be permitted. At sound levels on the facades of an apartment building by the requirements of SSR No. 463-2019, the requirements for the permissible noise levels in the room with windows in ventilation mode are fulfilled. The zones that determine the suitability of the territory for construction in the vicinity of the airports are proposed. The permissible levels for the construction of residential buildings at the territories adjacent to the airports are as follows:
 LAeq = 65 dBA in the daytime: Lmax = 80 dBA;
 LAeq = 55 dBA at night: Lmax = 70 dBA.
