TO THE QUESTION OF APPLICATION OF THE CYTOCHEMICAL METHOD OF DETERMINING THE REACTIVITY OF NEUTROPHILES IN THE RATS BLOOD

SUMMÀRY:
In the study of the bioeffects of the environment, the main material is blood. Blood cells carry information about the physiological state of the body.
Experimental determination of reactivity of neutrophils and erythrocyte membranes with the help of cytochemical tests makes it possible to establish the direction of functional changes in the or-ganism of animals when forming adaptive or stressful processes to the influence of factors of the ex-ternal and internal environment.
The study of the state of blood cell membranes, as an indicator of negative reactions of the body, is a promising direction in determining health risk criteria in the face of environmental factors.
