The main article covers up-to-date aspects of the problems of using the vitamin B6 preparation in the case of poisoning with izoniazidum. The complex evaluation of prospects of the vitamin B6 preparation was carried out in the conditions of pharmacotheraphy by izoniazidum.
During the process of treatment of Guinean pigs from tuberculosis bycorrelation izoniazidum and pyridocsinumhydrochloridi displayed that the less manifestation of side-effects by morphological signs were observed in the cases of applying doses 10 mg/kg izoniazidum +50 mg/kg vitamin B6 and 32 mg/kg izoniazidum +5 mg/kg vitamin B6 – this is the best result to curation comparing to curation by doses 10 mg/kg izoniazidum +5 mg/kg vitamin B6, where the side-effect is more expressed.
