SUMMÀRY:
Objective. The purpose of this study is to study the impact of innovative forms of state certification (licensing integrated exam Krok and objective structured clinical exam) on the cardiovascular system of medical university graduates.
Materials and methods. We started a study of the impact of new forms of state certification on the body of graduates and, in particular, we conducted a study of the peculiarities of the response of the cardiovascular system of students during the license integrated exam Krok and the objective structured clinical exam.
To assess the state of the cardiovascular system, the study of blood pressure, in particular systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and heart rate was performed according to generally accepted methods for students of the control (115 people) and experimental (129 people) groups.
The state of the autonomic nervous system was determined by the Kerdo autonomic index (KAI).
Results. In the course of research on the impact of new forms of state certification on medical university graduates, changes in the functional state of the cardiovascular and autonomic nervous systems of the body were revealed in comparison with the control group of students.
Research results indicate that the introduction of new forms of state certification into the educational process is ambiguous.
Systolic and diastolic blood pressure are significantly increased during the integrated licensing exam Krok and during the objective structured clinical exam compared to the control group.
After conducting an objective structured clinical examination, there is a significant decrease in systolic pressure compared to the initial level.
Before and after the exams, the heart rate of graduates also increases significantly.
During an objective structured clinical examination, there are significant changes in the state of the autonomic nervous system according to Kerdo's autonomic index: sympathotonia prevails.
Conclusions. New forms of state certification have an adverse effect on the functional state of students' bodies, causing pre-clinical changes of the cardiovascular and autonomic nervous systems, which can cause negative changes in their health.
It is necessary to continue and deepen the study of the impact of the objective structured clinical examination as a new hygienic factor and take them into account during the next reforms of higher medical education.
