MODERN METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE REGULATION OF NUTRITION OF THE CHILDREN'S POPULATION IN UKRAINE

SUMMÀRY:
The unfavorable demographic situation in Ukraine has led to the low level of reproduction of population due to high rates of mortality from non-infectious diseases. About 60% of the health disor-ders of adults and children arise from malnutrition. It was analyzed changes in the daily ration of nu-trition of children’s population, which are recommended by the physiological norms for energy needs and the main nutrients, approved in 2017 in comparison with similar indicators of 1999. It’s revealed a reduction of calorie intake for children aged 6-17 years, protein component is focused on the ani-mal component, the amount of carbohydrates is significantly reduced at the expense of pure sugars, the standart on fluorine, biotin and pantothenic acid was first introduced. It has been indicated the main factors, which are connected with the correction of daily ration of nutrition of the children's population of Ukraine in the current conditions of vital activity.
